教学目标:

1.掌握课文出现的新语言点:

by the way, have school, plans for the weekend, at the concert,

2.掌握并会运用句型:

What are you going to do…? I’m going to …能感知重点句式be going to的基本结构及初步运用。

3. 能正确理解、掌握对话的内容,通过看图、听录音和阅读等方式学习文本,把握文章的主要内容,初步掌握制定计划的方法,并能有感情的朗读对话。

4. 尝试运用本课所学语言谈论……计划。

教学重难点 1.重点:能听懂、会说、会读本课词汇,理解运用本课句型,能正确理解、掌握对话的内容并能流利的朗读对话。

2.难点:单词plan, concert的读音;有感情的朗读对话并适当拓展。

教学准备: 多媒体课件,图片

设计思路:

本堂课的设计紧紧围绕plans for the weekend这一话题展开,读前活动中,与学生一起学习be going to句型,让学生初步感知一般将来时。在文本阅读中,通过文本信息的获取找出the children’s plans for the weekend,再到读后活动中的make our own plans for …。课堂教学分三步进行,即走进文本——吮吸文本——走出文本,分层递进带领学生充分熟悉课文。在语篇教学环节,注重体现教师教学与学生学习的层次感,因此,我把语篇划分成三段来进行教学,在引言部分的教学,我充分带领学生读图,从图片中获取信息,让学生在读图的过程中自然说出课文的引言部分。在第一段对话教学中边指导,边放手让学生自己去文本中探究所要抓取的信息,在第二段的对话教学中,则完全放手让学生自己在文本阅读中获取重要的信息,力图在语篇的阅读教学中培养学生实际应用英语的能力、提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。

教学过程:

Step 1 Free talk T:Good morning,boys and girls. It’s time for class. I’m very happy to be your English teacher.

Now you know something about me.For example:My name is …I am from…Do you want to know anything about me? You can ask me any questions. Ss: What’s your English name?

T: You should know that! Who can tell him / her? Hobby: Well, I have a lot of hobbies. I like reading books, listening to music, watching movies, traveling and so on. How about you?

Weekend: I often do some housework. Sometimes I go to the parks with my family. How do you spend your weekend? Are you going to … this weekend? Yes or no?

Then go on communicating with the Sts.(当学生问及我的家庭的时候,引出我的新授内容。)

I have a happy family of three. My husband, myself and… Can you guess?

Yes, it’s my child. Look, this is my son. His name is Dami. Is he cute?

Step 2 Pre-reading 1. T: I just got two messages from him, but I didn’t have time to answer him. Here are his messages. Can you help me read it?

4. Then let the Sts work in pairs to talk about their plans for this weekend. Step 3 While-reading 1. 出示文中插图,让学生进行描述。

T: Just now, we talked about our plans for the weekend. Look, our friends Gao Shan and David are talking about their plans as well. What information can you get from the pictures? Please talk with your partner first. Ss: ... T: Quite good. How do you know? 2. Listen to the text and try to get the general idea of the text. T: Well, what are they going to do this weekend? Do you know? Please listen and answer me. 在出示答案的过程中,teach: concert (这里点击go to a concert链接到一段concert的视频,点击concert再返回)

Where are they going to...? 4. Read and fill in the form. (通过默读文本,进一步了解周末计划的细节,也是承接学生提出的问题。) T: Open your books, turn to Page 46 and 47, let’s read their dialogue and find out the answers about your questions. Then fill in the blanks. 5. Read and explain T: You have known the general ideas about the text. But I'd like to say more about it.

1) have school = have classes / lessons

2) They're talking about their plans for the weekend.

We also can say: They are making a weekend plan./ They are talking about how to spend their weekend. / They’re planning for their weekend.

3) We usually say ×× and I. We don't say I and ××.

4) I'd love to = I'd like to.

I'd love to is short for I'd love to join you. ...

5) By the way. They talk about Saturday first, and then they begin to talk about Sunday. Before the new topic, Gao Shan says “By the way”. Can you guess the meaning? Stop a topic and change another one, we may say“by the way”.

6)"That's good" also we may say “That's fine”, “Sounds good” …

6. Read after the tape then read in roles. T: Now let’s read the dialogue. Please pay attention to your pronunciation and intonation. These signs may help you.

7. Complete the form, and then try to retell the text.

The teacher will give a model first. Step 4 Post-reading

Infer: What information can you get after reading the text? Such as: What are they going to do in the morning? What are their hobbies? ... Ss ... T: To choose time is to save time. A good plan is a good start. There are a lot of important or interesting days in our life. We should make good plans for them so that we can really enjoy our life.. 2.
