Teaching Plans For Book 6 Revision: Module2 Animals

金桂园小学傅燕民Teaching Objectives:

1. Can talk about their favourite animals.

2. To give the pupils practice in listening, speaking and writing. Language focuses:

Sentences structures:

(1)What can… do? It can…

(2) Where does … live? It lives ….

(3) It’s …. It can… It looks like ….

Language difficult points:

By the end of this lesson, hopefully all the children can use the sentence structures to talk about their favourite animal. And how to save or protect animals .

Teaching Procedures:

I warm-up

1.Greetings

2.Let’s chant

3.Sing a song

II presentation

1. Set up a circumstance that everyone wants to join the Animals Fair.

2. Play a game: Sharp Eyes

3. Make the task:

Step1: Let’s talk

To use the follow sentences to talk about: the panda、the lion、the elephant、the kangaroo、the whale、the monkey.

B: It can ….

A: Where does … live?

B: It lives ….

Step2: Let’s complete

To complete the poster of the animals.
