Unit 3 After School Activities 教学目标：Be able to read and write the new words: play sports, draw pictures, sing songs, read books, play chess, dance.

Be able to use “Can you…”to ask someone about activities and be able to answer “Yes, I can. /No, I can’t. 学情分析：Students will learn some new words about activities in this unit. At the beginning of the new lesson, teacher can lead the Ss to recall some words about activities of Grade two by using songs and free talks. Teacher should teach the new words in some proper situations. 教学重点：Read and write words.

Main scene Teacher asks students to look at the pics,find out new words and learn them.

T: How about our good friends? Look, who are they? Listen to the tape, what is Bin bin to do? What is Andy going to do?

S: T:Yes, Binbin is going to play sports.(teach “play sports”) Andy is going to read books. teach “read books”) 5、

Look，listen and chant. Teach the new words one by one. T: How about Yaoyao? What can she do? Listen to the tape again. What can Yaoyao do?

S:Yaoyao can dance.(teach “dance”) Yaoyao can draw pictures.(teach “draw pictures”) Yaoyao can play chess.(teach “play chess”) Yaoyao can sing songs.(teach “sing songs”) 6、
