Warmer 1.

Ask, “Do you know some TV shows? What are your favourite TV shows?”

Play some videos about TV shows. 二．New lesson Get ready 1.T show one picture of Bear Two and ask, ‘Do you like him?’ Ss are very excited, ‘Yes, It’s Bear Two.’ T explain, ‘It’s a cartoon.’

Then show the word. Ss guess the meaning and spell it. T thumb-up and ask, ‘Are the cartoons wonderful? Ss understand the meaning of wonderful then practise to say, ‘My favourite TV shows are cartoons . They are wonderful.

2.T teach sports shows, music shows, news shows and nature shows as the same method. Then try to describe the TV shows.

3.Play a guessing game. A.

Listen and match

1. Look at the pictures and try to describe the TV shows.

2.Listen to the tape and match the pictures.

3. Listen again and check the answers.

4. Practise to say, ‘My grandpa’s favourite TV shows are...’

B. Let’s talk

1. Put back some pictures on the desk.

2.Choose one of them and ask , ‘

What are your favourite TV shows? Answer, ‘ My favourite TV shows are...’ with pictures.

3. Have a match for two groups with some pictures. Which group is right and faster, Which is winner.
