三、教学过程

Step1 Warming up and Lead in

To give students some pictures and videos about Western music,such as Michael Jackson. Let them watch and talk about it and Western music.

Step2 Write questions

1.Let the students talk about sth. about Johann Strauss the elder,Johann Strauss the

younger and Mozart.

2.Ask the students do the exercises of Activity 1. 1) (be) / Strauss / German / Austrian?

Let the students play a game and do the language practice.One student stands up and says a phrase,and the other says the exclamation sentence like this:

Step8 Study Grammar

1.感叹句:当我们想表达一种较为强烈的感情，如喜悦、赞叹、惊异、愤怒、厌恶等时，可以用感叹句。这种句式常用

what作为句子的开头。其基本结构为“What + 强调或感叹的部分(+句子的主语和谓语动词)”。句子的主谓部分常常可以省略。

2.思考：什么时候用What a …?什么时候用What…?

当what后面修饰的名词是可数名词单数时what后面用不定冠词a/an; 当what后面修饰的名词是不可数名词或可数名词复数时，what后面没有冠词。

选择疑问句

3.选择疑问句中or所连接的可以是不同的内容，如两个名词(the father or the son)、两个动词、(call or email)、两个介词短语

(by bus or by car)、专有名词(Mozart or Strauss)等。

注意：or所连接的内容一定是并列的，如果or 的前面是名词，其后也应该是名词；如果是动词，则其后也必须是动词，不能前面是名词，后面却接一个动词。
