教学内容：六年级下册

Reading for presure-- The Bear,the Tall Man and the Short Man.

一、教学目标：

㈠能读懂短文大意，并且能根据短文做一些题目。

㈡掌握一些阅读技巧。

㈢理解单词answer， quickly， road， call ，through ， silent，Forest，

thought（think的过去式），heard(hear的过去式) ， still，noise，move ，afraid ，finally，later on ，

trouble。

㈣掌握句型：

The short man was going to the city. At last,the bear went away. ㈤、复习巩固动词过去式的用法。

㈥能把短文改编成舞台剧，并进行表演。

㈦能写一篇简短的英语作文。

二、教学重难点：

㈠英语阅读技巧的渗透教学。

㈡英语作文书写。

三、教具准备：教学课件、单词卡片、奖品、头饰等。

四、教学过程：

Ⅰ Warmer 1.sing a song 2.Greetings 3.英语知识大闯关:写出动词过去式,动词过去式变化规则。

Ⅱ Lead in T：Do you like candies? S:Yes ,we do. T：Do you like stories? S:Yes ,we do. T：If you can do a good job,I will give you some candies.

Ⅲ Presentation 1.Show the titile:Reading for Pleasure--The Bear,the Tall Man and the Short Man. 2.Now, listen to the tape ，underline the new words and guess their meanings. 3.请生自学单词，不懂的可以小组讨论。

4.抽查学生读单词，并且猜猜新单词的意思。

5.师总结，表扬学生根据前后文大胆猜词、和善于查词典解决拼读和理解障碍的好习惯。

6.略读课文，判断题目的正（Y）误(N)（自主完成）。

7.细读课文第一至第三段，同桌讨论，并回答问题。

8.细读课文第四和第五段，同桌讨论，并回答问题。
