Part C Story time

一、教学目标:

1、语言知识和语言技能目标:能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂并简单讲述故事。

2、学习策略目标:通过Role play 、Do a survey锻炼学生的口语表达能力。

3、情感态度目标:通过故事的结局让学生理解不管做什么事情都要把握好时间。

二、教学重难点;

1、教学重点:复习本单元核心句型What do you do on the weekend? I often/usually…及关于人物活动的短语,并将其实际运用。

2、教学难点:

(1)核心句型及四会单词的实际运用。

(2)文本里面出现的busy, collect, dry等词语的发音。

三、教学辅具

多媒体课件、词卡、头饰、坚果图片若干个

四、教学过程

Step1: Warm-up

1.Let’s sing—My weekend.

(活跃课堂气氛。)

2.Watch the video

Show the video about a student introduce her weekend.

T:Now let’s watch a video and listen to our classmate what does she do on the weekend.

(播放学生的描述自己周末的视频,复习单元核心句型:What’s do you usually do on the weekend? )

3.Free talk

T: What do you usually do on the weekend?

S: I usually ….

(谈论复习学生周末做的事情,复习旧知,为下面的学习做铺垫。)

Step2: Pro-reading

1. Talk about Zip..

出示Zip, learn the word “nuts”.

T: Look, who is she? She is our good friend, Zip. DO you know what’s her favourite food?

S: Nuts.

T: Do you know how does Zip eat the nuts? Does she pick from the trees and then eat up? No. Let me tell you. At first, she will collect nuts. And then, she dry nuts in the sun, At last, she eat nuts with her friends.

(通过讨论Zip, 解决故事中的生词。,)

(2)Guessing.

T: Can you guess what does Zip do in a week? On Monday, she may be…

(猜一猜Zip 一周做的事情,培养学生的发散思维。)

Step3:While reading

1.first reading

Task 1: Watch and answer.

T: Now, let’s watch the story and find out the answers. Task 1, what date is it today?

(第一次看视频,让学生初步感知故事。学生在猜测之后再通过有趣的动画呈现,大大激发了学生的兴趣。)

2.Second rea ding

Task 2: What does Zip do in a week?

T: Task 2, Watch again, and find out what does Zip really do in a week.

(再次播放视频,让学生从故事中找出Zip一周的安排通过,借助思维导图加深学生对故故事细节的理解。)

Task 3: Why does Zip go so quickly?

T: Look at the last picture. Why does Zip go so quickly? Do you remember when is the show?

S: It’s at Saturday 12 o’clock.

T: what time is it now? Do you find out?

S: Eleven thirty.

T: Yes , so it’s time to show. Remember: Whatever you do, please take the time.

(通过了解Zip紧张的离开,对学生进行情感教育,懂得把握时间。)

3.Watch and imitate.(看动画,跟读并模仿)

T: Now let’s read the story after the tape.

(让学生跟读,注意语音语调,培养学生的朗读能力。)

4. Read in your group(小组内分角色读)

T: Now , read the story in your group.

(让学生小组内分角色读故事,培养学生的朗读能力和合作精神。)

4. Retell the story. (复述故事)

(挖空句型,让学生复述故事,可以更深刻地记住本故事的细节。)

5. Role play

T: Now let’s role play the story. Which group can show for us.

(让学生互相合作进行演示对话,既提高朗读能力,又增强团队合作意识。)

Step3: Pro-reading

1. Do a survey

T: Now, let’s do a survey about your partner. You should ask he/she what do you usually do on Monday? On Tuesday? And then put the answers fill in the table.

2. Writing

T: When you finish the table, you should according to the table to introduce your partner for a week, and writing in the pape.

Step4、Homework

Read, act and share the story for your family.
