Students answer and teacher writes them on the blackboard. 2.Teacher shows the picture in ppt and writes new word :Memorial Day on the blackboard and teaches students to read it fluently. 3.Teacher shows the Jing Yu Middle School Activity Schedule in ppt to the students, and chooses some students to say it out according to the structure and sentence patterns on the blackboard.(Teaching tool: headmaster chair) Task Four Speaking 1.Group work: Students say the activities in our school in groups. 2.Teacher chooses some students to say it in class. Task Five Notice Writing Teacher gives students 5 minutes to write a notice of our school activities. Students use i-pad to take photos of the compositions and upload them to the screen on teachers’ desk. Task Six Commentary 1.Teacher chooses three compositions to give marks and commentary. 2.Teacher chooses one composition to be an example, ask all the students to read it aloud. 3.Teacher chooses a composition with poor handwriting to warn students to write beautifully. 4.One student plays as a teacher to check one composition and give marks to it. Summary 1.Teacher reviews the three sentence patterns. 2.Teacher tells the students the points they should keep in mind while writing a composition.
