Learning aims: Learn about the history of the Olympics and some world-famous athletes and sport stars and their glory. Important points:

1.To talk about the sports events the students like and discuss why people like taking part in different sporting events. 2.To learn about the history of the Olympics and about how a sport gets into the Olympics.
