Module 10 Unit 1 Did you fall off your bike? 教学目标:
语言知识目标:
a、能够听、说、认读单词happen, ride, then, thirsty, watermelon, carry, bump b、能够正确抄写单词:ride, thirsty 教学重点、难点
重点:本单元单词及动词过去式。
句型:Sam and I went for a bike ride. And then…
难点:听懂对过去发生的事故进行描述的句子,并能够向别人描述过去发生的事故
教学手段:单词卡片(直观认读单词)、录音机(听并模仿跟读课文)
教学过程:
Step 1 Warm-up 1、Have the students sing and say the chant. 2、Play a “Touching”game. (eg. desk, book, head, arm, leg…) Step 2 Leading up 1、I say you do. 利用句型“Put your book on…”提前呈现单词 fell off, happened 及句型“What happened? The book fell off…(his head/arm)”
2、Have a student says and the others do. (Practise “put your book on… What happened? Ohh,the book fell off…(his head/arm) 3、Learn “carry, bump/ bumped; What happened? The book fell off…”. Have a student carry a ball on … ,and the ball can bump someone. Then learn “the ball bumped his/ her…”
4、Learn “thirsty, bought, watermelon”(手势)告诉学生I’m thirsty. I want some water. Yes. I remember yesterday I bought a watermelon. 5、Review the words with a game. (happen, fell off, carry, bump, thirsty, bought, watermelon, ride, went, hungry, yesterday, head) 6、Show four pictures on TV. Have Ss choose one picture to
describe. Picture A: Sam and Daming went for a bike ride yesterday. Picture B: They’re hungry and thirsty. And they bought a watermelon. Picture C: Sam carried the watermelon on the bike. Learn “carry, carried, Picture D: Sam fell off his bike. The watermelon bumped Daming. Talk about the four pictures in group. 7、Today Daming told an accidente about Sam and him. What happened to them?. 通过学习Daming描述自己昨天发生的一次小事故;“如何描述事故的方法”你学会了多少?
Step 3、自主学习展示交流
1 Have the Ss read the text by themselves. (阅读过程中用笔勾
画出学习中的问题,如不会读的词、不懂的词、不明白的句子等。也可以找出你学会的内容)
2(先小组后全班)展示交流学习情况,(eg. happened went for a bike ride, bought, then, thirsty, watermelon, carried, fell off, bumped) 3、听录音:第一遍,听并注意所学单词及句型;第二遍,听并小声跟
读后copy:We went for a bike ride yesterday. We bought a watermelon. Sam carried the watermelon on the bike. Sam fell off his bike. The watermelon bumped Daming.第三遍just listen and point. 4Show the four pictures again.鼓励学生把图片联系起来讲述一个事故。

总结本课教学,布置课文再预习. Step 5Homework listen and repeat the story 3-5 times by yourself.
