一.教学分析
1. 单元及教材分析
本单元学生开始使用能够帮助他们谈论关于他们自己的一些单词和句子。学生将学习如何谈论年龄,身高,家庭住址等日常事情。通过课文,口语练习,观察和表演活动,学生能够探究他们的思想,感觉及周围环境,能够发现和拓展他们的知识和使用英语的能力。
2. 学情分析
从四年级开始,学生的学习内容变了,学习的知识由简单到复杂,从低年级的形象思维向高年级的抽象思维过渡,这对学生提出了更高的要求,在保证孩子掌握基础知识的同时,还要拓展孩子的思维,引导孩子从不同角度去考虑问题。在四年级上册时学生已经熟悉并掌握了如school,restaurant等地点词汇,也能简单的用near,far from等词组描述各地点的位置关系。这就为本节课询问住处及具体住址这一主要内容的引入打下了基础。
3. 教学目标
1)语言知识目标
全体学生能全面参与学习house,road,address,
live等本课新出现语词的活动,一半以上学生能比较地自如运用这几个词;
全体学生能通过复习,强化运用park,cinema,street,restaurant,supermarket,near,far from的能力,同时能比较自如地运用这些词。
2)技能学习目标:
全体学生能听懂本课句型-Where do you live? I live in…
-What’s your address? My address is… -Is that near the…?
大部分学生能在巩固以前所学A is near/ far from B句型的基础上,灵活运用本课所学句型描述自己的住处,地址,并运用Is that near/far from…询问并位置。

3)语言运用目标:
全体学生能运用本课所学的语句结构,询问并描述出所给图中房子的位置及具体地址。
半数以上学生能够在老师的示范和帮助下,口头介绍出自己家的位置及具体地址。
4)情感培养与学习策略目标:
全体学生能在活动中进一步强化相互了解情感, 培养学生善于观察的能力,通过猜测住所的活动初步培养学生的推理能力。在日常的情境中观察并模仿简单的英语对话。在教学中通过采用猜测游戏的形式,提高学生的学习兴趣与效率,通过自己制作图片方法拓展思维,激发自主学习的动机。
4. 教学重点
学习house,road等表示地点的单词,巩固和扩充表示地点的词汇;复习运用near/far from句型描述各地点的位置关系。
简单运用-Where do you live? I live in… -What’s your address? My address is…句型询问并描述住处及地址。
5. 教学难点
描述某一地点的大致位置及具体地址。

多媒体,自制的图片卡片,单词卡。
三.教学过程
Step I Class Opening and Review (5 minutes) T: Class begin Ss: stand up,Good morning teacher T:Good morning boys and girls,sit down please。Look there are so many teachers in our classroom,so let’s stand up,turn around and say“Hello teachers”

S: (找2-3名学生回答) (设计意图:通过这个环节复习near和far from的句型,同时调动出学生在第二单元学习的位置关系的表达方式来描述。) T: (圈出自己的house) This is my house.(出示图片讲授house) I live in a house. (再次出示地图) I live in a house. Look, my house is beside the park. I live in a house beside the park. (板书并领读。)

(出示地图,给孩子1
分钟时间准备,两人一组,自己选择房子介绍,然后互问互答。) (设计意图:通过这个环节,让学生练习本课询问大致位置的句型,此时的位置关系比较单一简单,用一句话就能准确的指出位置,目的是先让学生掌握句型。) T: Let’s play a guessing game. Look at the picture. Can you find my house? Listen and guess.(老师描述一个房子的位置让学生猜。)

(设计意图:同样是练习描述位置的句型,但此时的地图比较复杂, 需要学生用更多的话来描述才能确定位置,同时猜的同学可以通过一般疑问句来帮助自己缩小范围, 也操练了本课重点句型。) 2. What’s your address? My address is…
T:(继续出示自己家的地图,分别出示street和road)This is Tiyu Street. This is Heping Road. This is my house. My address is 128 Heping Road.(板书并领读。) What’s your address? (板书。) (出示地图)Find your house and tell us your address.

(设计意图:通过这个环节让学生练习重点句型。通过整体问个别答的形式,扩大了操练的范围。) T: What’s Danny’s address? What’s Steven’s address? Let’s listen.(播放本课第一部分视频,并让学生回答问题。然后跟读并分角色朗读课文。) (设计意图:让学生带着问题去听,通过学生的回答来评价学生对本课句型掌握情况。听着录音模仿,使学生形成正确的语音、语调,以及对句子的辨认能力,为学生写的能力的提高打下扎实的基础。学生在模仿对话时,能获得发现的乐趣,能获得成功的喜悦,这就是孩子心目中的创新意识、创造性思维。)
Step III Consolidation (5 minutes) Make your map.
T: Now take out your paper and make your picture, then talk about it.(老师做一个范例,描述和介绍自己房子的位置,地址,然后给孩子1-2分钟时间准备,展示。) (设计意图:这个环节是一个总结拓展的环节,让学生尽可能的调动本节课跟以前学过的知识组织语言进行输出,也是对本节课知识掌握情况的一个评价。)

五.教学反思
本课的重点是让学生掌握运用“Where do you live? I live in„„/ What’s your address? My address is…”的句型来谈论居住地点及地址。本课的比较成功的地方是让学生们自主制作地图的活动,给爱动、爱玩的小学生提供了一个自主参与表现的机会,使枯燥的内容学起来津津有味,并且使学生拓展和发展了创新思维。不尽如人意的地方是学生在最后的成段的语言输出时仅限于本节课的句型,不能充分地调动以前学过的句式综合的表达。以后教学中应该尽量的总结学过的句型加以综合的训练。
