Unit 4 What do you see?

一. 教学目标

1.能听懂、会说、会读What do you see? I see…

句型，并能在实际情景中运用。

2.能听懂、会说、认读单词pig, chicken, fish, bird, sheep. 3.创设适宜的语言情境，使学生在学习过程中感知并积极尝试使用英语。

二. 学情分析

三年级的学生学习英语时间较短，英语基础薄弱，应循序渐进，多组织活动，如游戏，歌曲，chant等，吸引同学的注意力，调动他们学习的积极性。

三．重点难点

重点：能利用本单元核心语言就身边的事物进行数量的问答。

难点：能在实际生活中灵活应用本课语言。教师要多创设生活中语言运用的情况，使学生的语言学习有生活、有乐趣、有意义。

四．教学过程

Step1. Warm up

1. Greeting

2. Sing a song.

Step2. Presentation

1. Create situation: We will drive to the farm , show some pictures, lead in the sentence: What do you see? I see... Then teach the words.

T: What do you see ? S: I see a horse.

Use different animals to practice the sentences.

2. T: You did good job, let’s play. Look, it’s a bird. Teach the word. Again practice: What do you see ? I see...

3. Spring is coming, Show pictures to teach. Again practice the sentence.

4. T: Boys and girls ,you are so great, look, a new friend wants to play with you. Say hi to him. Hi, sheep. Teach and practice the sentence.

5. Do a match to review the words.

6. Listen to the tape, answer questions .
