单元教学内容简析：

本册最后一个单元话题是“我的梦想",旨在通过此话题讨论，引导学生树立正确的价值观，心怀梦想并为实现自己的梦想努力奋斗。本单元的目标词汇都和职业相关，教师可以利用五年级上册Unit 4（hobbies）来引入，让孩子发现爱好与梦想之间的联系。

教学目标：

1.会听说读写单词dream, future, tooth... . 2.能正确地理解课文，熟练朗读课文。

3.能借助板书思维导图，谈论书中孩子们的梦想和能活用语言并有条理地来谈论自己的梦想。

4.学生能心怀梦想并知道怎样付诸努力。

5.学生能形成正确的世界观：职业无贵贱， Be what you want to be and Be the best of what you are. 三

教学过程

Step1 Greeting Step 2.Free talk

Introduce myself and talk about my school. I like my school because of my school motto:Be the best of what you are. (Encourage the students to try best in this lesson.) Step 3.Before reading 1.Watch a viedo of a song and try to catch the jobs. 2.What other jobs do you know? 3.Play a guessing game(Read and guess what job it is.) In the kitchen cook nice food.

Play the piano very well. Write books for children. Work in the space,fly a spaceship to the moon. Work in the hospital,care about children's teeth. Work on the farm,plant fruit and vegetables. Step 4 While reading 1 Look at the picture of Miss Li and her students. Say :Who are they? 2.Watch and guess:Guess what do the students want to be in the future?(Just by their hobbies ,interest and experience) 3.Look and say :Look at the pictures in our book.(Tell me about their dreams with the help of the pictures) 4.Why do they have these dreams?(Scan the text and underline the key sentences) 5.Watch and answer: (1).What does Miss Li think of the children’s dreams?
