Teaching reflection:我上的这节课是听说课，主要是培养学生的听说能力和表达能力，我在设计是我先复习旧知识，让学生新旧知识有个衔接，我在做了很好的新旧知识衔接后，我让学生听第一个很简单的听力，让学生熟悉听力内容，第二次听时我又加大了听力的难度，让学生循序渐近的训练听的能力，接下来我根据听的内容，设置了一个对话，让学生同桌之间编一个小对话；最后我设置了一个分层的活动，这个分层活动采用了《初中英语学科素养下的分层教学》模式，就是根据学生的学情，把学生分成四个不同的层次，最好的一层以另外的三层有指导和帮助的义务，在本节课中我根据喾情况让第一层的学生问第二层的学生问题，第二层的学生回答，然后第二层的学生又问第三层次学生同样的问题，第三层的学生又问第四层学生同样的问题。四个层的学生问答完成，由第一次层的学生完成一个报告，综合概括了每一次层学生问答情况。这样做的目的是为了让第一个层冷饮的学生都

能学都有机会说和表达，第一次层的学生都

能完成本层次学生的相应难度的学生内容。第一次最好，所以设置了做一个小报告，难度最大。但是训练下来学生做得都

很好，完成了本节课的教学任务，达到了本节课想要的教学目标。
