一、课程分析

1学习内容

Period 3 Writing 复习巩固A lively City中出现的语言点和语言现象，学习总结两个连词and和but的用法并指导学生写一篇表达自己喜欢的乡村或城市的文章

2.学习重点

1）总结出其中出现的两个连词and和but的用法，然后巩固练习

2）让学生写一篇表达自己喜欢乡村还是城市生活的文章，引导学生在写作中学会使用and和but 3.学习难点

让学生学会运用所学知识造句构成篇章。

二、学情分析: 班级总人数53人，三分的之一的学生听力较差且语言表达能力不高，需要给学生多创造提高听力和口语表达能力的机会。通过让学生口头翻译句子来提高学生说的能力，让其他学生复述督促学生注意听的准确，全班重复确保所学语言的准确性，使反应慢的同学跟上进度，最后让学生进行与

Writing里的文章相关的写作，提高写作技能。

三、设计理念: 1按照学生认知规律，由易到难，由浅入深，循序渐进地进行训练。

2通过丰富多彩的体验、实践、讨论、合作、交流等活动，为学生提供自我感知、体验文本的机会，引导学生主动思考、提出问题并解决问题。充分发挥学生的自主性，使学生成为课堂的主人，促进学生自主学习，使学生在学习的过程中，逐步掌握知识和技能提高语言运用能力。

3为学生营造融治、和谐、轻松、愉快的学习氛围，注意激发学生的学习兴趣改变“注意听,跟我读”,为学生提供在课堂上行自我展示、自我创造、自我发挥的机会。

Step 1 Revision 1.

Go over the words on Pl14-115 in the textbook and the key points in the text on P32.(ask the students to read aloud and pay attention to the pronunciations of the words and the key points written on the blackboard. 2. Ask the students to do some translations by referring to the key points and present their answers voluntarily, and then ask the whole class to repeat the correct sentences together. ●他离开家乡已经五年了。

Step 2 Writing

Deal with and and but

Put the students in groups to underline the sentences that contain and and but in the text A Lively City and look at the ways the words and and but are used in the sentences. Have a discussion and summarize the similarities in the ways they are used and the differences in meaning.

1. Ask one student of each group to present their summaries and drawa conclusion

Give an example of how to translate sentences with attributive clauses and with the two words: and and but 2. Put the students in pairs and translate the whole passage and ask the students to pay attention to the following sentences.

Ask the students to write a short passage about whether they like the life in the city or the life in the country and explain why within 80 words. The students are supposed to pay attention to the use of
