Step 1 Warm up 1. Greetings. 2. Lead in. T: Look, what’s this?
Ss: It’s a phone.
T: Yes, it’s a mobile phone. I t’s my mobile phone.
T: OK, now what’s this?
Ss: It’s a pen.
T: Yes. But it’s not my pen. Whose is this? Is this your pen?
Then, teacher point to one student’s book or pen to ask them the questions, until everybody knows the meaning of the sentences, such as: Whose is this? Is this your pen? It’s my…
Step 2 Presentation and drilling 1. Teacher uses PPT to teach new words: bag, scarf, key, wallet, hat, mobile phone. 2. Teacher uses word cards to drill them and to present the important sentences. 3. Let Ss watch the video, and repeat the sentences. Step 3 Consolidation Game: Guess, guess, guess.
