教材分析:

第四单元围绕My heroes这一话题展开,而本节课正是这一单元的第一部分,通过四个不同背景的学生分别描述自己心目中的英雄进入这一单元的学习。文本中每一段对英雄的描写都是短而精炼,符合小学生对英语阅读的认知水平。

教学目标:

Step 1 : Pre-reading :

Greeting :

T : Hello, everyone ! I’m Miss Chen. Welcome to my class. 2.

Game 1 : Who’s the fastest ?

T : Can you find the different words ?

Ss : footballer, scientist, writer, doctor.

T : Great! They are all ... ?

Ss : Jobs. 3.

Free talk.

T : Yes. So what do you want to be in the future ?

Ss : I want to be a ...

( lead them to say some key words:help, save, brave, great ...) 4.

Game 2 : A guessing game.

T : Cool ! And there are some other jobs. Can you guess what are they ?

Ss : Firemen and astronauts.

T : Yes, you’re so great. They’re brave, not afraid of adventures, knowledgeable and wise. So they are not only firemen or astronauts, but they’re also heroes. So today we’ll talk about My heroes. Step 2 : While-reading : 1.

Talk about “my hero”

T : Do you know who he is ? (show a picture of Kobe)

Listen and match :

T : Your heroes are so great. And now, many children are having a summer camp in Beijing. Four children are also talking about their heroes . Listen and find out who are their heroes.

Ss : Do the exercise on the pad. 3.

Read and answer

T : Why Bill’s hero is Messi ? Do you know something about Messi ? Please read the text about Bill’s hero and kick the ball on the Pad. ( Find the key words about Messi.)

Invite a student or a group to read the text about Yuan. ( Teach the new word “hybrid rice”. T : How about Sally’s hero ?

本节课是一节阅读教学课,教师深入地分析教材,合理地提取并整合这一课时的关键内容,以贴合文本内容的形式进行文本分析和解读,以游戏进行趣味导入,创设情境辅助学生理解文本,以话题贯穿始终,适时地利用信息技术来攻破重难点,培养学生边阅读边思考的习惯,并将所学语言转化为自己可运用的知识。

然后,这节课在教学评价上还有所欠缺,学生在课堂上活跃度不高,在今后的教学中还需进一步改善。
