1 This lesson aims to improve students’ integrated skills, including listening, reading, speaking and writing. 2 Students need to master the traffic signs,get information from the listening material, and talk about how to get to a specific location. The topic of the lesson is “To be a good hunter”.With this topic, the lesson is connected by four tasks/steps: To understand the signs;To find the route; To draw the map;To share your skills. And different kinds of exercises are provided for each task/step in order to develop students’ abilities of reading, listening, speaking and talking. Teaching reflection:

1. Students have great interest in this lesson because some tasks/exercises are related with Xinglan School and Qingjianhu scenic area which they are familiar with. This enlightens me on the lesson designing. More vivid, interesting and fresh learning material can be used in English teaching. This will help to improve students’ interest to study English and get improvements. 2. To give students more chances to speak and perform because students students are real masters of the class. Besides, good oral English is very convenient and helpful. So students must equip themselves with such ability. 3. More listening skills can be input during daily listening exercises.

4. For some difficult phrases and sentences, much explanation and exercises are needed. But the forms of exercises can be diverse. 5. For some easy questions, the teacher can ask students with poor English to answer. In this way, they can be more focused; for some challenging questions, the teacher can ask top students to answer. This requires teachers to be thoughtful and design different questions for different students when they prepare lessons.
