一、教材解读

Starter Unit 2是Go for it! 三个预备单元中的第二个单元，本节课基于上两节课新词汇、新字母、及句型的学习，基本掌握了目标语。通过本节课的听说练习，能够辨认物品并用英语熟练地问答，能够运用本节课的新句型的学习，熟练拼写单词。

二、教学目标

（一）知识与技能

1. Master the new words: spell，please. 2. 熟练运用句型What’s this/that in English? It’s a/an ... 进行对话。

3. Develop the ability of making a conversation. （二）过程与方法

通过游戏、听歌曲、角色扮演、小组竞赛的方式鼓励学生们积极参与学习活动，激发他们学习英语的兴趣。通过完成导学案上的层层递进的学习任务，让学生们学会自主探究和合作学习。

（三）情感态度与价值观

1、培养合作精神和练好语音语调习惯。

2、养成物品摆放整齐的好习惯。

七、教学过程

Step 1: Greetings Greet the students as usual. Step 2: Warming up

1. Sing a song: What’s this?

3. Game: Find out the letters. The teacher shows the letters very quickly and get the students to call out the letters they see. 4.完成导学案的第一题，按照字母表顺序正确书写已学字母的大小写形式。

5 . Review the key words and sentences by looking at the big screen. Step3: Pre-task 1. Let the students listen and number the pictures. 2. Get the students to complete the words under the pictures. 3. Play the tape for the students. If they can’t get the answers, play twice.

4. Check the answers. Step 4:While task 1. Play the tape again and ask the students to practice it with their partners. 2. Have two pairs go to the blackboard to show their dialogues. 3. Ask students to practice the conversations in groups. Choose the best group . 〖设计意图〗学生们以排为单位，蛇形走势训练问答，完成得又快又准的小组为优胜组。这样的小组竞赛，能够增进学生们的交流，有的学生不会说的，伙伴教她/他读一遍。这样无形中培养学生的合作意识和集体荣誉感，组内合作，组间竞争，让不同层次的学生都有所收获，真正参与学习，突出学生的主体性。] Step 4: Post task

Step 5：Make a summary

. Encourage students to sum up the key knowledge points by themselves. 〖设计意图〗鼓励学生们进行课堂学习的小结，有助于学生建构完整的知识体系，总结中可以哦让他们意识到那些知识是他们课堂上能够灵活运哦用的，哪些知识是在课下需要巩固练习的。

Step 6 :

Exercise

Do some more exercises. 〖设计意图〗学生在完成书中目标语的学习以后，适当地做一些习题巩固练习，能够学以之用，达到熟能生巧的程度。同时培养了学生的自信心，为日后的英语学习打下坚实的基础。

Step 7:Homework 1.Make10 conversations on your exercise books using the target language. 2.Review the contents of 4c-4d. 〖设计意图〗布置开放性的作业，可以培养学生们的动手能力，目标语的反复用才能够被灵活运用。这样的练习也消除了枯燥乏味的默写单词带给学生的厌烦情绪，能也在具体语境中正确运用目标语。
