教学目标

知识目标：

（1）熟练掌握词汇：golden throne, work of art, paintings, row, hotel等。

（2）熟练掌握谈论计划和介绍景点的句型：Would you like to…？What can we do/see there？When and where shall we meet? How far is it from …? We’ll go to... to see ....等。

2. 能力目标：通过阅读和听力获取相关知识，掌握听力相关技巧：听前预读材料、听中关注时间和有重点地听；能简单介绍不同的景点。

3. 情感目标：通过对北京和家乡相关景点的介绍和学习，学生热爱自己的祖国和家乡，树立主人翁意识。

教学环节一 Lead-in（导入环节）

【设计意图】创设本堂课的大语言环境——英国来的留学生要游览中国，由阳光镇开始，复习先前知识，激发学习兴趣。

T：The exchange students from the UK are visiting China. They are visiting some of the cities in China. Their first stop is Sunshine Town. What can they do in Sunshine Town? S1：

They can stay in a quiet town, go shopping, eat Chinese food and enjoy Beijing Opera.... T：

They have so many things to do. They have a great time there. Now they start to pack their bags and leave for another city. Do you know what is it? S2：

教学环节二 Present and Practice（呈现与操练环节）

【设计意图】让学生说出北京的景点，激活他们的背景知识，为下面的两人对话作铺垫。

导入新单词，同时让学生用英语解释新单词，以旧带新。通过一遍听一遍读，设置学习任务，完成对对话文本的解读，同时引导学生关注“谈论计划”的几个要素。在对话的操练过程中，设计不同层次的模板，适应不同水平学生的需求。

T：Where can they go in Beijing? S3：

教学环节三：Listening（听力环节）

【设计意图】通过观看故宫的视频回答问题和阅读海报连线，激活学生的背景知识，同时听前与学生一起关注听前和听中的听力策略，再开展听力。听的过程中关注学生的听力质量，对听力难点进行着重听写。通过填表和改错检测学生的听力，再通过填空让学生关注重点词汇和短语。引导学生划出关键句型，为下面的小组活动提供语言支架。

T：The second day the exchange students come to the Palace Museum. Do you know anything about it? Watch the video and think about the questions:
