Step 1 Warm up 1.Sing a song: At the factory. 2.Review the adjectives. red, yellow, purple, black, white, pink, blue, green, brown, big, small, tall, short, long, beautiful, young, old, new, expensive, cheap, high, good, bad, nice, shy, clever 3.Ask the children to say the adjectives they know. 4.CAI shows the list of the adjectives. 5.Let the children read together. 6.Let the students look and choose. 教师笔记（二次备课）

【设计意图】利用歌曲来创造轻松愉快的学习气氛。复习形容词，为后面的顺利学习做好铺垫。

Step 2 Presentation 1.CAI shows some things pair by pair and ask the children to describe them with the adjectives. Two pens with different colour Two rulers with different length Two balls with different size Two computers with different price And so on 2.Let’s go to the computer shop and buy a computer. Show some different computers and let the children to give advise about which one we should buy. 3.Give some groups of pictures. For example, a group of

dresses, a group of pens, a group of TVs, a group of computers, a group of bags. Divide the class in groups of four. Ask the groups to choose one of the picture and to discuss what they should buy and why. Ask several groups to act how they discuss. 【设计意图】先出示单组图片，让学生用一两具形容词来简单描述一种物品的特点，这样降低了学习的难度，同时为后面的情景练习打好基础。再创设情景，引导学生讨论商品的不同特点或优势，最后决定买哪一个。最后，为了加大练习的密度，分成四人一组，分别给出不同种类商品的情景，每一组选择其中一组进行讨论，然后展示讨论结果。达到大面积的检查效果。

Step 3 Learn the text 1.Ask the children to look at the pictures on page 8 and ask them. Why? 5.Play the tape again and let the class listen and repeat. 6.Read after me. 7.Read together. 8.Divide the class into four groups and read the dialogue in roles. 9.Ask the children to read the dialogue in groups of four. 10.Ask several groups to read in roles. 【设计意图】在学习中注重发挥学生的主观能动性，先让他们自己学习，从中发现问题，再由老师引导，这样的学习更有针对性，再通过提问来了解学生自学后对课文的理解程度，再通过共同学习和老师的讲解来深化对课文的理解。再以各种形式的读来使学生完全掌握课文内容。

作业布置

1.听、熟读单词表单词。

2.听读课文5遍并背诵，家长签字。
