一、教学目标

1.语言技能

(1)听:全体学生能听懂能听懂“Are there many children in your class?”

(2)说: 全体学生能说“Are there many children in your class?”

激发学生的积极情感,培养学生交流与合作的能力,同时培养学生敢于开口,表达中不怕犯错误。

二、学情分析

对于三年级学生来说,本节课句子看似较长,但读起来比较上口,易理解,只要把句子结构梳理清楚,学生学习接触起来还是比较容易的。针对三年级学生的年龄特点,本课采取了活动、游戏等能激发学生的兴趣,调动了学生的积极性,使学生在真实的情境中学习,感受所学的知识,并真正地把它运用到实际中。

三、重点难点

1. 重点：

class, any, ask , about能运用Are there many children in your class?谈论数量。

2. 难点：能运用“there be”结构进行询问和回答。

四、教学过程

I. Preparation. 1. Warm-up.

Sing a song. 教师带领学生演唱Three Green Parrots song。唱完歌曲,教师问:Are there many birds in the tree? 同时板书:Are there any ~ ? 同时引导学生用Yes,there are. / No, there are’t 回答。

2.Lead in.

“Listen,point and say.”

出示猴山的图片,教师让学生试着回答句子Are there any monkeys here? →

No, there aren’t.播放活动一的视频。

T:Are there any monkeys here?

S1: Yes,there are。

学习:any，全班跟读活动一。

【设计意图】以旧带新,复习前一课知识,熟悉Are there ... ? 句型,为今天的学习做好铺垫。

II． Presentation. 1、教师:.我们今天要调查班级同学的学习用品和常用物品的数量。先去看看中英学校班级分别有多少名学生,一起去听听Amy , Sam 和

Xiaolin 的对话,学习今天的课文。

【设计意图】自然的导入,使学生能自然地接受新知。

2、Text learning

⑴.Listen and watch.

教师提出问题:How many children are there in your class? 引导学生回答: There are .... 师继续问:Are there many children in Amy’s class?.播放活动二视频。

T: Are there many children in Amy’s class?

S: Yes , there are forty-one. 学习:class ,forty Are there many children in Amy’s class?

Yes , there are forty-one. T: How many boys?

how many girls? S: There are twenty boys. There are twenty-one girls.

⑵. Listen and repeat. 教师及时表扬并接着提出问题: Are there many children in a class in the UK? S: No, there aren’t. There are about twenty.

⑶. Listen and imitate. 教师接着问:Xiaolin想了解Amy 班级人数的情况,他是怎么问的? 学生回答:Amy,can I ask you a question? 学习: ask, question 教师播放录音,学生跟读课文，分角色朗读。

III. Practise. 看图,两人一组问答练习

A : Are there many ~ ?

B : Yes, there are.

/ No , there aren’t.

A: How many ?

B: There are ~ . 【设计意图】让学生两人一组,运用所学的句子进行问答练习,引导学生在生生活

中学英语,并运用于生活实际。增强学生的体验,培养语用能力。

IV.Prodction 1. look ,ask and answer 看一看,问一问,答一答

T: Are there many ~ ?

S : Yes, there are ~ .

No, there are about ~ . 学生运用Are there any ... ? Yes, there are. / No, there aren’t. 进行问答练习

2. survey 小调查

T:今天我们要对我们的好朋友的学习用具的数量进行调查,下面运用今天所学的句子,去问问你的好朋友吧。每个学生向自己的2~3个好朋友询问,使情境更加真实。

【设计意图】活动的设计围绕本课的运用目标,询问并回答自己或他人的学习用具的数量。学生的语言运用是在比较真实的语言环境下开展的,语言交流的难度也非常适合学生的语言能力水平。充分体现课程标准所倡导的“做中学,用中学”的理念。

V Summary. 1、让学生先来说一说本节课学习的内容,教师最后进行总结性的概括。

2. Homework. (1). 熟读课文,并尝试和小朋友们表演课文。

(2). 给你的爸爸妈妈介绍介绍你的好朋友的学习用具的数量吧! (3). 抄写重点单词和句子。
