Part B: Let’s learn & Ask and answer (P18)

New lesson

教学目标：

1.能掌握动词短语：go on a picnic, go swimming, pick apples, make a snowman。

2.能掌握问句“Which season do you like best?”更详细的回答方式。并说出喜欢这个季节的原因。

3.学生能够在教师的引导下，自己用新学的词组造句，说出自己喜欢的季节和原因

4.通过本课的学习，能够感受到每个季节给我们带来的好处，并产生热爱自然的情感。

教学重难点：

重点：

1.熟练掌握短语：go on a picnic, go swimming, pick apples, make a snowman。

2.能将本课重点短语运用到句型“I often...with my family.”中去。

难点：

能熟练回答“Which season do you like best?”并能说明理由。

教学设计：

Step1 .Warming up（5 minutes）

Free talk 和学生一起说一说今天星期几以及今天的天气，拉近师生距离，问学生这样简单实际的问题能够使课堂氛围更轻松。

Sing the song “What’s your favourite season?”

唱歌既活跃课堂氛围又帮助学生复习前面所学的季节的单词，为接下来的新课做铺垫。

Review the words 歌曲唱完之后，先整体再单个复习单词：season, spring, summer, autumn, winter, 并认读春夏秋冬的图片。

Review the sentences

先整体后单个复习句型和对话: “Which season do you like best.”

“Spring. It’s pretty.”

Step 2. Lead in（5 minutes）

从刚才的复习对话回答“Which season do you like best.”还可以用“I like spring best.”来引入新课，由浅入深地一步步进入新课。

在这一环节中，让学生上台指着图片或拿着卡片给大家展示他最喜欢的季节说出“I like spring/summer/autumn/winter best.”意在帮助学生锻炼自己的口语交际能力，学了立刻能够运用，加深学习印象。

Step 3. Presentation ( 23 minutes )

1、Learn the sentence: “There are beautiful flowers everywhere.”

教师用肢体语言，以及黑板上的奖励机制帮助学生理解这句话的意思，并强调everywhere的发音，板书并教读句子，让学生分组朗读，比一比哪个小组读得最好。

2、Learn the phrases: plant flowers, go on a picnic, fly a kite

Show the pictures and pronunciations of the three phrases, then use various methods to practice these phrases. 运用听声音判断动词短语和各种游戏进行操练动词短语，让学生既能掌握词形又能理解词义还能准确判断词音，一举多得。

3、Learn the sentences

“Which season do you like best.”

“Spring. I often go on a picnic with my family.”

Use the same method to teach the words and sentences. 出示图片和发音，用启发式的方法以及各种小游戏教授新的动词短语，并尝试让学生自己造句，在不同的季节能够做什么。先是老师带领，再由学生自己造句，老师和同学之间相互对话不断操练和巩固句型和词组，在这个过程中，教师还要引导学生产生对四季的喜爱之情，并发掘出每一位学生对不同季节的偏爱，鼓励他们说出自己喜爱的季节及原因。

设计意图：在新授的环节中，运用图片、声音、卡片、游戏、竞赛、情境教学等方式，调动学生的积极性，集中学生的注意力，同时也能够激起学生的兴趣，让学生动起来，并能感受四季给我们带来的不同的体验，产生热爱自然的感情。

4、Listen to the tape and read it again.听录音跟读并分角色朗读。

设计意图：听音跟读在英语学习中是一个很关键的环节，最后跟读课文，有利于学生培养良好的语音语调，同时在新授过程中，我就穿插有重点短语及句子的读音，让学生养成听音的良好习惯，更有利于帮助学生学习。

Step 4. Communication & Consolidation（7 minutes）

1. Ask and answer：

G2: Spring. I often go on a picnic with my family. G2: Which season do you like best?

G3: Summer. I often go swimming with my friends. G3: Which season do you like best?

G4:Autumn. I often pick apples with my family.

G4: Which season do you like best?

G1: Winter. I often make a snowman with my family.

设计意图：先分小组完成对话，给每一小组指定季节，让每一小组的学生有明确的练习目标，能够快速相互编出一段对话，提高学生的学习自信心。

2. Two students make a dialogue

S1: Which season do you like best?

S2: Spring. I often plant flowers with my family. 学生自由地说出自己喜欢的季节和原因，和其他同学交流想法，有利于培养学生之间的良好感情，以及表达自身对大自然的热爱。

Step 5. Homework Write the important phrases and sentences in the exercise books Write a short passage or a dialog about four seasons, at less six sentences.
