Unit1 You can play football well. Activities (1-2)

一、教材分析

本课围绕学生喜欢的“体育项目”这一主题，引出相关的动词及动词短语，

学习如何表扬、评价、肯定与鼓励他人。主要语言结构为：You can jump

really high. You are very good at basketball. You can catch the ball

well. Ling ling is a fantastic goalkeeper.

二、教学目标:

1、知识目标：通过学习,能够牢固掌握 catch the ball, jump high,

run fast，fantastic goalkeeper 等与运动有关的短语

2、能力目标：学会使用恰当的句型来评价他人，如：You can jump

really high. You can catch the ball well 等。能够听懂问句Can you...?并作出正确回答：Yes,I can./No, I can’t.

3、情感目标：通过学习，培养学生学会欣赏和鼓励他人的良好品质。

三、重点难点:

1、can 在陈述句和一般疑问句中的用法

2、课文中表示 play football 的一些动词短语

四、教具:多媒体、课件、单词卡片.

五、教学过程

（一）Warming up: 1、Let's chant I am me and you are you. Now let's see what we can do. We can run、run、run、run. We can jump、jump、jump、jump. I like sports very much. I like sports very much. 2、Greetings:Hello, everyone. Do you like sports? Yes,I do./ No,I don’t.

（二）Leading in:

1、Look some pictures about the 30th Olympic Games,通过孙杨、刘翔、

姚明、贝克汉姆来复习学过的短语，如

swim、run fast 等。

2、看图片，并提问学生 Can you play football ?

S:Yes,I can

T:Can you play football well?

S；Yes,I can .

T:Fantastic ,you can play football well ,but I can’t play

football.I play football badly. 学习 well、badly,并练习短语 sing/swim/play football well/badly. (在对话中自然引入单词 well 与badly 的教学，并用 fantastic 做出评价，

创造一定的情景让学生操练，巩固所学的单词、词组与句型。) 3、Let’s listen and watch.

Can he play basketball well? He can play it well. 4.讲解 run fast and jump high.

T:Can you run fast?

S1:Yes,I can.

T:Can you run fast ?

S2: Yes,I can.

T:Really? Can you run fast well? Yes, I can.

T:Fantastic , you can jump really high .

(运用游戏活动复习已学过的词组 run fast 和jump high,通过这一游戏活

动教给学生 really

的正确的读音及使用方法，再次用到了单词 fantastic，为

接下来的教学做了一个铺垫。)

3、教授 goalkeeper

4、通过传球，学习词组 catch the ball 和pass the ball并通过图

片练习 catch the ball well/badly ,pass the ball well/badly.

(通过老师的动作和体态，学生依次学习了几个较难的单词与词组。)

（三） New text learning

1、T:Now we have got a football team, LingLing wants to play

football. Is she a fantastic goalkeeper? Listen the tape and answer the

questions. What does LingLing want to do?

Can Ling ling run fast?

Can ling ling pass the ball?

Can lingLing jump high?

Can lingLing catch the ball well? Can LingLing be a good goalkeeper?

2、回答问题

3、自由读课文，再齐读、分组读、分角色朗读。

2、Pair work:大家分角色朗读课文（以三个人小组为单位）

描述三种你擅长的运动和三种不擅长的运动

六、板书设计：

七、教学反思：

1、本节课讨论的是关于足球的话题，并运用句型

Can you…? I can …

well. 描述人物的能力。ling ling，Sam and Amy 之间的对话引出了足球运动员

的几种技能。Run fast, control the ball, jump high, catch the ball.

2、导入环节复习了学过的动作短语，并运用句型

can you…? 询问学生，

使学生回想以前所学句型。然后通过询问 Can you play football well? 引导

单词 well 并引出课题：you can play football well.

3、增加学生学习的趣味性，我在引入 can you control the ball well?

Can you catch the ball well？时加入了让学生控球和接球的环节，希望通过

真实的演练使学生更轻松的了解这两个词的含义。

但是教学之后仍然发现感觉课文的讲解太冗长，且也多是教师再说学生在

听，不能发挥学生的自主性。

与学生简单的交流：好的足球运动员能够具有什么样的技能？学生很快就

想到了:run fast. Control the ball. Shoot the ball 可以有效地激发学生

的原有认知，让生活和课文内容相联系，更有利于学生对问题的提出，能够有

效地激发学生探索问题的欲望，激发学生学习的欲望。并在阅读的过程中真切

的理解了短语及句型的含义。

五年级课文内容较长，且故事的转折性能够有效激发学生理解文章的兴趣，

不只是只让学生学会重点句型，更重要的是在和学生交流课文内容的过程中，

真正运用了所学的语言。通过其后的拓展活动，可使学生更加有效的把所学内

容运用到生活中，讨论自己在足球方面的专长，讨论自己能够做好什么和不能

够做好什么。兴趣不知来源于教师的活动，随着年级的升高兴趣更多的来源于

对文章的理解和交流。
