Step 1 : Warm-up 1. Sing a song: Father and mother 2. Free talk about your family

S1: Who’s that man? \ woman?

Review

1.快速抽读学过的字母和单词。

2.Say a chant: （P16）

教师放录音，学生随着旋律，边说边做动作，让学生在旋律中复习字母。

3.Game: Guessing 教师事先在网上找几张明星小时候的照片，让学生用Is she\he…?的句型来猜。

Step 3:

Presentation

1.

Show up the cards of brother and sister. T: Look at the boys. One is big, one is small.

They are brother.

Teach sister in the same way. 2. Practice new words. A: Who can read the words like this? B:

the opposite words\ sentence Eg: T: He’s my brother.

S: She’s my sister.

C: Introduce Mike’s family.

Hello. I’m Mike. I’m from Canada. This is my family. He’s my father……

3. Let’s chant

(1) Listen to the tape and follow it. (2) Explain the meaning (3)Chant together. 4.Story time (1)教师播放录像，让学生初步感知这个故事。

(2)师生问答：T: Who’s that woman?

S1: She’s Zoom’s mother.

T: Is she a teacher?

S2:No, She’s an actress.

T: actess是女演员(板书actress)。Zoom’s mother is an actress. Is she beautiful? (板书：beautiful)

(3)让学生指出自己不理解的句子，T Explain the meaning. (4)教师播放录像，学生逐句跟读，然后小组表演。
