It is required that senior student should develop reading ability skills to read for information, to read for knowledge and to read for pressure .I think the important things in the teaching are student’s

learning and teachers' teaching. Teacher should lay emphasis on important points and difficulty points. Only in the way, student’s interest is motivated. Based on the above, the teaching design is to be done. 二、教材分析

creation think. 3. Teacher should help students to express their ideas about information of RealCine. 三、学情分析

Senior students are active in thinking and curious about everything. They have the ability to communicate with each other, about the target material, but they still have some difficulty expressing their thoughts and what they want to say, so teachers ought to adopt different approach in-larder to stimulate students’ interests.

四、教学目标

【知识目标】

1. To grasp the general idea and specific details of the text. 2. To familiarize students with information of VR. 3. New words and expressions. 【能力目标】

1. To develop the ability of reading details. 2. To grasp the logic links between pares. 3. To guess the meaning the new words. 【情感目标】

1. To solve the real-life problems and share-experiences with others. 2. To learn to be imaginative and creative. 五、教学策略

1. Communicative approach, the lesson contains the activities where learners communicate with each other and the tasks are finished by interaction with others students are assigned. 2．Task-based approach to complete several tasks.

Step one：lead-in 1.Hand out students worksheet（Para 1）

2.Show the pictures of radio。

3.Students identify the difference of every stage。

设计意图:To introduce the topic;

To motivate students’ interests.

Step two:

Fast reading Ask students to skim and scan the presentation and try to find answers to the three questions in Part A. Answers: A virtual reality cinema called RealCine. All five of our senses. Engineers can enter the design of a neighborhood into a computer, and then use VR to “walk” around the neighborhood, see how it looks and make changes before construction is carried out.

设计意图:To develop students creative ability and spirits.

To use what they learnt to solve problems. Step five Debate Tell students that different people hold different opinions towards RealCine.And discuss What do you think of the VR? Opinion 1:

Those who support virtual reality believe that, with this technology, people can do almost everything, even things that cannot be realized in normal life. We don’t need to travel any more or spend so much time with friends any more. Virtual reality can provide any necessary features that we need in our life. Opinion 2: Others insist that real life and interpersonal communication should never be replaced by imaginary scenes. People should take off the headsets and experience the real life themselves. Divide students into two groups and have a debate. The group with the most supporting proofs or evidences wins.

八、教学评价

All the activities in class are organized in the communicative approach and task-based method, this methods focus on enabling students to reach higher level of communicative performance, there fore, students from different levels can participate in classroom activities. So that they can achieve the goals I set for them.
