Step2 Words revision Step3 Have a free talk 呈现几张沙拉的图片，让学生猜猜是什么，并提问：

(1)What is it? Do you think it’s easy to make a salad? (2)

Can you make a salad? (3)

What do you need when making a salad? Step4 Listening 1.指导学生看A1部分图片，复习有关水果的单词。

2.组内合作，每人说出一个单词。

3.Amy and Suzy are making a fruit salad. Listen to their conversation and tick the things they need. 4.Read Amy’s notes of how to make a fruit salad. Put her notes in the correct order. Write the numbers 1-4 in the boxes. 5.Listen to Suzy giving Amy some tips for making a fruit salad. Help Amy complete her notes with the correct words. 6.Check answers and read the article. Read by themselves and find out some useful phrases. Eg: mix them together, add some salad cream, for example, leave it in the air. Step5 Speak up 1.

Listen and answer: What are they going to make? Are they quick and easy to make? 2.

Listen again and read after the radio. 3.

Read in pairs and make up new dialogues. 4.
