Lesson 6 Little Zeke 一、教学目标
1 学生能在图片和老师的帮助下听懂故事; 2 学生能在图片和老师的帮助下读懂故事; 3. 学生能用正确语音,语调和恰当的语气读故事; 4. 学生能在图片和老师的帮助下简单复述并表演故事。
二、重点难点
教学重点:帮助学生理解故事,完成教学任务。
教学难点:学生能用英语积极交流、大胆表达,培养团结友爱、合作互助的精神。

三、教学过程
Step 1. Greeting : T: Hello everyone, I am your new friend. We will learn a story together. First please look at the blackboard , what ‘s the name of this story? Let’s guess, who is Little Zeke? Ss: He is a little little boy. (将全班分为两大组,以便在接下来的学习中调动学生学习热情) 设计意图:在自然对话过程中,帮助学生自然融入学习中。
Step 2【讲授】II. While-reading(18m)
1. 略读故事(3m) T : Read the first 3 pictures in the story quickly and find the answers of these 3 blanks in 5 seconds: 1) Little Zeke is a _____. 2) He lives in Emma’s _____. 3) ______is his friend. Ss: To read the story from Picture 1 to Picture 3. Then tell us the answers. (以小组竞赛的方式回答) 设计意图:带着教师提出的问题快速的默读本故事的前3幅图。导向性的问题引发学生思考,为接下来理解整篇故事做好铺垫。
2. 预测故事(2m) T: What happened next?Can you guess? 设计意图:发散性的问题,给孩子充分的想象空间,鼓励他们开口说英语。
3. 寻读故事(3m) T: Now let` s read the next 3 pictures in the story and try to underline the answers of these 2 questions .I will give you 10 seconds. 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1. Ok, who can answer? What does Little Zeke do? 2) Is that Emma’s apple? Ss: To read the story from Picture 4 to Picture 6 and underline the answers. Then answer the questions. (以小组竞赛的方式逐

4. 精读故事(10m) T:Now let `s listen to the whole story ,please read is carefully. Then try to tell me more things about this story. We will continue to have the match. Ss: Listen to the whole story. Then do the judge exercises about the story. 设计意图:多媒体播放课件,用连续的图片展示故事情节,帮助学生感知、理解故事,把握故事大意。通过分大组竞赛做判断练习,检验学生对故事的把握

设计意图:在读懂,会说,理解,能演故事之后,进一步锻炼学生用英语写句子的能力。
·T:Let’s check the answers . (继续小组竞赛完成短文复述) 设计意图:通过找答案并进行整合,帮助学生理清故事的脉络,进一步理解故事,锻炼学生在阅读中总结概括的能力。
