Part C Story time

一、教材分析

本节课是人教版《PEP小学英语》三年级下册Unit 2 My family的Story time教学。本单元主要围绕家庭成员之间的称呼这类话题进行学习、讨论以及交际训练。本课是本单元的最后一课时,通过Zip到Zoom家里参观的情境,让学生了解如何介绍自己的家庭成员。

二、学生分析

学生处于三年级,活泼好动,敢于表现自己,喜欢直观形象思维。

1.已有知识:对名词已有了一定的认识,在本单元A、B部分学习了grandmother, grandfather, mother, father, brother, sister等词汇及句型Who’s that...? He/She is my... 2.已有能力:对英语有浓厚兴趣,有积极参与英语课堂的意识,善于模仿。

三、教学内容

Part C Story time

单词及句型:beautiful, actress, really

Who’s that man(boy)? He is my... Who’s that woman(girl)? She is my.... How beautiful! 四、教学目标

1. 知识目标

(1) 能听、说、读单词:beautiful, actress, really。

(2) 能够将句型:Who’s that...? He/She is my...等在实际情景中运用。

(3) 能够理解故事并分小组进行表演。

2. 能力目标

(1) 能在情境中运用核心句型Who’s that...?询问对方的身份。用He/She is my...来回答别人的询问。

(2)能够运用所学知识编写新对话并实际应用。

3. 情感目标

家庭对我们每一个人都很重要性,我们要爱我们的家以及我们的家人。

五、教学重、难点

1. 重点:在情景中学习单词和句型。

2. 难点:单词beautiful的发音,以及能够用所学知识编写新的对话。

多媒体课件,句子卡片以及游戏用具。

Step 1 Pre-reading

1.Greetings and l et’s sing. Review the key words:father, mother, brother...

2.Free talk. Review the key sentences:Who’s that...? He/She is my...

3.Assessment rules.

Step 2 While-reading

1.Skimming:Watch the video with a question and then to answer it.

2.Learn this story in the form of six pictures (listen, read and explain):

beautiful:Break through the pronunciation of the word with one breath training. an actress:Use a picture of an actress to learn it.

really:Use TPR teaching method to learn it.

3.Scanning:Read the story again and do actions.

4.Read in parts:Read the story in groups, boys and girls.

Step 3 Post-reading

1.Practice: True or false.

2.Role play in groups.

3.Make a new dialogue:Introduce the members of the family photo to partner. Step 4 Summary

1.Multiple choice.

2.Sing a song:Using the rhythm of “Happy birthday”to sing out what we learned.
