Module 2 Unit 1 She learnt English.

一、教学目标:

知识目标:

1. Words:learnt taught language wrote dancer foreign

2 .Sentences:Did your grandma/grandpa learn English?

Yes,she/he did./No,she/he didn’t.

She learnt English.

He is learning English now.

Pupils can use the sentence pattern "He/She was a ---. 能力目标:Pupils can describe what the did before.

Pupils can give appropriate answers to the questions about before.

情感目标:Develop interest in learning, take an active part in the classroom, work with others, and learn to share your life experiences with friends.

二、教学重点:Can you understand Did your grandma learn English? He is learning English now. He is learning English now.

三、教学难点:Describe the past and present situation that you want to express and describe the past and present changes in English.

四、课时:1课时

五、教学过程

(一)、Warming—up

Greeting:

T: Hello, Good morning, class. S: Good morning, teacher.

T: How are you today? S: We are well.

T: What day is today? S: Thursday.

T: Are you ready for your English class? S: Yes. We are ready.

(二)、New teaching

1、T:Boys and girls,last night,I watched TV and did some housework.What did you do last night ?Did you do your homework?Did you learn English?

Ss:Yes

T:You learnt English .She learnt English.We’ll learn Module2 Unit1 She learnt English.(板书)First,look at the screen.

1 Learn new words and phrases.

Dancer Yang liping introduced the new word dancer.

New words:learnt taught language wrote dancer foreign

Give students time to read, write, impress and draw out sentences in the textbook and read aloud.

2 Look,listen and learn

Step1. T:We know Lingling is still in England with Sam and Amy. She misses China and she misses her grandmother. Do you know what's her grandmother like.Let's look at the picture.Lingling is looking at some photos.What are they?Now listen and find the answer.

Step2.Listen again and answer some questions Now, look at the screen and look at these questions, then answer.

Do you want to know Lingling’s grandparents. Did they learn English ?

1.Listen and answer the questions:

1)What was lingling’s grandma?

2)What was lingling’s grandpa?

3)Did lingling’s grandma learn English?

4)Did lingling’s grandpa learn English?

5)What is lingling’s grandpa doing now?

3. Find out new words and sentences, and then write them on the board After the third recording of each sentence after the pause, students are required to read and follow.

4. Act out the test. (Give Ss some minutes to practise.)

(三)、Practice and consolidate.

1. Show two pictures and have Ss describe (use the important sentences)

2. Do activity

3. Have Ss look it , give some minutes to practise in pairs ,then act it out.

4.Listen and say.

(四)、Sum the lesson

六、Homework:

Listen read M2U1 twice;
