Blue. That’s different. They like hot dogs for breakfast. They like to sing songs in the library. 2、重点：理解故事大意。/3、难点：复述故事。

教学过程： Step 1. Warming-up(热身） 1. Greetings: （设计意图：营造轻松、愉悦的课堂氛围,训练学生口语交际） Step 2. Pre-reading（速读）

导入故事 老师呈现故事图片：A: What do you see in the pictures? B: Who are they ? What is the name of the story? 揭示课题《The Diffos》。出示问题:What happened in this story? 【设计意图】：提出问题，诱发学生去思考，大胆猜测故事的内容，让学生投入到将要学习的故事中去，避免学生被动地接受信息。 2. 精读课文。

老师依次出示图片。学生读课文，看图片，根据自己的能力水平来回答故事中的问题。 A: What colour does the Diffos like? B：What does Diffo Dog like to eat ? C: What’s their favourite dessert? D: What do they like to do? E: How are the Diffos different from other people? （设计意图：通过师生合作，让学生对故事能够准确掌握灵活运用） 3.学生看课本分几次来听故事的录音。模仿跟读，逐次完成个人读，小组读，分角色朗读。 3. Retell the story 角色表演 4.Homework：Retell the story
