Lesson16：How do you go to school? 一、教材分析：

本课是冀教版小学英语（三年级起始版）第四册第三单元（All about me)的第4个新授课，Lesson16：How do you go to school? 经过一年半的学习，四年级下学期孩子们学习的重点逐渐过渡到各种基本句型。本单元前面三课分别学习了关于年龄、身高、住处的句子，本课教材以How do you go to school?为切入点，重点学习关于出行方式的交流：询问别人、介绍自己的出行方式。通过讨论、游戏等方法,有效地操练句型,做到趣味操练与生活实际相结合。

二、学生分析：

孩子们经过一年半的学习，基本了解了字母：26个字母及常见字母组合的发音规则，词汇的学习方法：单词音形意用的结合、音节、重音及不同词类（名、动、数、形、冠等）的用法特点，初步体会英语句子的语序与汉语的不同，但对于句子结构及变化还比较陌生。本课内容对于孩子们来说并不陌生，

第三册已学习过四种出行方式by bus, by car, by bike, by taxi和句子：How do you go to school? I go to school by ____? 另一种出行方式on foot /walk，dives me及选择此种出行方式的原因表述学生相对陌生。四年级学生理性思维已经逐步加强，现实起点高于逻辑起点，所以在教学中我注意引导学生结合生活实际进行创作；引入情境，激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生自己动手操作，自主探究学习。

三、教学目标：

1、知识技能目标：

A.学生能够听懂、会说、认读并书写下列词汇：foot, by B.学生能够运用所学句型How do you go to school?

I go to school by___ / on foot...询问、表达适合自己的出行方式。

C.学生知道句子的变化是和人称有关系的，并能尝试运用所学句子介绍和询问他人的出行方式：Do you _____ to school?

尝试了解不同地区人们选择不同出行方式：山区孩子、牧民（草原）、江南居民及西方国家等。

体会英语就在我们身边，培养学生学习英语的兴趣，激发参与热情，形成良好的学习态度。通过寻找句子规律及了解不同人们的出行方式，引导学生体会英语学习是有规律可循的，English is easy! 及交流开阔自己的眼界English is fun！帮助学生认识到在中国和加拿大学生上学方式的异同处，对两者进行比较并开展讨论。

2.Free talk T: How are you today? How’s the weather today?

Do you like English? Do you like school? Do you like your home? Where is your home? Do you live near or far from school

英语作为一种语言，提高实际应用能力才是学习它的真正目的。Free talk是常规教学中必有的一个环节，虽然只是简单的对话交流，但它在复习旧知的同时锻炼了孩子英语表达能力。每一个问题都和他们息息相关，使孩子真正感受到英语就在他们身边，感受到交流带给他们的自信。

在引入新课时，采取的自由对话的形式，要求学生运用以前学习的英语知识结合实际情况进行交流，在生动自然的语言环境中呈现新知。

继续话题，T: Do you live near school？

学生根据自身情况回答，以此引出新句型，“I live far from school”。(板书) 2.How do you go to school? 利用生活化的话题和照片呈现功能句
