一、教学目标：

1、知识技能：通过学习课本单词:name, game, cake, plate, grape, plane以及拓展单词: Dave, take, lake, safe, bake, cave这几个单词，领悟a_e组合在单词中的发音，并把发音规律延伸到其它生词。

2、语言技能：运用自然拼读法拼读单词，并能大声朗读故事。

3、情感技能：培养学生的合作意识，有效帮助学生总结发音规律，克服朗读的困难，增强语感，提高英语学习的兴趣。

二、学情分析：经过一年的英语学习，学生掌握了一定的拼读技巧，本节课以第6单元的D部分为教学蓝本，通过故事的形式加以拓展，系统学习含有a_e 组合的单词发音。

三、教学重难点：

1、掌握字母组合

a_e 的发音规律。

2、利用自然拼读法自主拼读含a_e 组合的单词。

3、培养学生在小组活动中自主、合作、探究，习得语言。

四、教学设计：

1.【Warm up】

（1）Free talk. （2）Play a word game.

2.【Presentation】

（1）Check the homework. （2）Watch the video and answer the question. Q: Can Dave bake a cake ?

（3）Read the story page by page. （4）Read the story in groups. （5）Circle the words with a_e , and share them in groups. （6）Read the words with a_e one by one .

4.【Drill and Practice】

（1）Group work: Share more words with a_e that check in dictionaries, use the calendars to read. （2）Choose some of the words to make a new chant. （3）Share the chants.

6. 【Summary】

Talk about the target in this period and find out the best group.

7.【Homework】

Make your new chant and share with your family.
