【教学内容】

Understanding the words and phrases in context e.g.fairy tale, adult,well-known. 2.Using the proper tenses in context e.g.Andersen wrote the stories children around the world enjoy reading his stories. 3.Encourage the students to read more books. 【教学重点】
句型:Andersen wrote the stories. Children around the world enjoy reading his stories. 【教学难点】
Can read the text correctly,especially the names of stories。

Step1 Warm up 1.
Greetings T:How are you?boys and girls! Ss:I’m fine thank you

Do you like English ? 活动目的:预热,通过交流加深学生与老师之间的默契。
Step2 Lead-in 用图片的形式展示一些童书的封面,让学生试着说说这些书名,中英文均可。

活动目的:通过Free talk 创设真实情景对话,激励学生用英语思考并逐渐引入本课话题。

活动目的:认识本课所出现的众所周知的三本故事书以及作者。书名和作者名字相对来说比较绕口,所以应多教几遍
2. Look and learn 教师出示一些故事图片,学生说出自己知道的名称,学习新的故事名称。如:Cinderella ,Little Red Riding Hood…

Think and say. 活动目的:进一步复习巩固三本故事书的名字以及故事名称。

Read after the recorder, and to know the phrases: fairy tales, fables. 活动目的:明白词组fairy tale是一种童话故事,fable是寓言故事,包含做人的道理。和下一个环节紧扣相连

T: Today we’re going to find out who wrote these stories. Where are the stories from? …and…are from ….
活动目的:会用句型“Where are the stories from?”
…and…are from ….来说说故事书及所包含的故事名。

7.将学生分成三人小组,每人负责一段,先自行阅读,然后在小组中朗读,并将相关阅读信息告诉组员,其他学生核对正误,小组共同完成后续练习。
T Now read in groups. First, read it once or twice by yourselves Then read it to your group. Tell your group members what stories the writers wrote. Sl: (read Paragraph l) Andersen wrote 'The emperor's new clothes”and“The ugly duckling”
S2: (read Paragraph2) The Grimm brothers wrote “Snow White”, “Little Red Riding Hood" and “Cinderella".
S3: (read Paragraph 3) Aesop wrote “The fox and the grapes".“The wind and the sun” and "The farmer and the snake”
活动目的:培养学生的英语综合运用能力。能掌握课文各个段落所包含的主要内容。并能用英语叙述下来. 8. 播放录音,学生边听边看图片,学生逐句跟读。鼓励学生尽量模仿录音中人物的语音语调。
9. Fill in the box 活动目的:培养学生的记忆能力。做到读书的三到:眼到,口到,心到。

活动目的:培养学生的综合语言运用能力。并适当拓展课本所学的书名及故事名字。
