Can read the text correctly,especially the names of stories。

Step1 Warm up 1.

Greetings T：How are you?boys and girls! Ss:I’m fine thank you

T: welcome to the English world! 1

Do you like English ? 活动目的：预热，通过交流加深学生与老师之间的默契。

Step2 Lead-in 用图片的形式展示一些童书的封面，让学生试着说说这些书名，中英文均可。

T (show the covers of the books) Look at these books. Do you like reading books? S1: Yes. T:I usually read books after school.and I like reading storybooks. What kind of books do you like? S1: I like storybook too. T: what stories do you read? S2: I read…

T: today let’s talk about “Great storybooks”

活动目的：通过Free talk 创设真实情景对话，激励学生用英语思考并逐渐引入本课话题。

活动目的：认识本课所出现的众所周知的三本故事书以及作者。书名和作者名字相对来说比较绕口，所以应多教几遍

2. Look and learn 教师出示一些故事图片，学生说出自己知道的名称，学习新的故事名称。如：Cinderella ,Little Red Riding Hood…

3.Look and say quickly 4.Sharp eyes 活动目的：通过以上活动，巩固学生对故事名称的掌握。并激发了学生学习的热情。

Think and say. 活动目的：进一步复习巩固三本故事书的名字以及故事名称。

Read after the recorder, and to know the phrases: fairy tales, fables. 活动目的：明白词组fairy tale是一种童话故事，fable是寓言故事，包含做人的道理。和下一个环节紧扣相连

6.Where are the stories from? …and…are from ….

T: Today we’re going to find out who wrote these stories. Where are the stories from? …and…are from ….

活动目的：会用句型“Where are the stories from?”

…and…are from ….来说说故事书及所包含的故事名。

7.将学生分成三人小组，每人负责一段，先自行阅读，然后在小组中朗读，并将相关阅读信息告诉组员，其他学生核对正误，小组共同完成后续练习。

T Now read in groups. First, read it once or twice by yourselves Then read it to your group. Tell your group members what stories the writers wrote. Sl: (read Paragraph l) Andersen wrote 'The emperor's new clothes”and“The ugly duckling”

S2: (read Paragraph2) The Grimm brothers wrote “Snow White”, “Little Red Riding Hood" and “Cinderella".

S3: (read Paragraph 3) Aesop wrote “The fox and the grapes".“The wind and the sun” and "The farmer and the snake”

活动目的：培养学生的英语综合运用能力。能掌握课文各个段落所包含的主要内容。并能用英语叙述下来. 8. 播放录音，学生边听边看图片，学生逐句跟读。鼓励学生尽量模仿录音中人物的语音语调。

9. Fill in the box 活动目的：培养学生的记忆能力。做到读书的三到：眼到，口到，心到。

活动目的：培养学生的综合语言运用能力。并适当拓展课本所学的书名及故事名字。
