牛津英语6A Module2 Project2 教学设计

Teaching aims :

1.knowledge aims:

a.Revise the numbers.

b. Revise the present tense and the past tense.

2.Ability aims:

a. Develop the students' co-operative ability.

b. Develop the students' communicative ability.

3 Emotional aims:

1.Eduate the students to protect the animals.

Imporotance of tecaching:

Revise the Present tense and the past tense .

Difficult points:

Describe the animals in danger.

Teaching alms :

CAI,pictures

Procedure:

I、Revise the numbers.

Show the pictures and ask the students to say the numbers: 100 ,1000,600, 1600, 4300, 10000

II Revise the present tense and the past tense

There was/ were ... the past, but now there is/are…now. Describe the pictures with the sentences.

III Match the animals and the numbers.

How many…are there in the wild ?

There are ...in the wild.

1.African elephants 420, 000

2.golden monkeys 10,000

3.Tibetan antelope 20, 000

4. rhino 25,000

5、South China tiger 30

T: They are all in danger.

IV. Activities.

Talk about the animals in danger.

Show a picture of Chinese white dolphin .

Ask and answer.

1. What's its name ?

2.What colour is it?

3.What food does it like?

4.Where does it live in ?

5.How many…are there in the wild?

Divide the students into 6 groups. Ask them to talk about some

other animals in ganger in groups: golden monkey, panda,

South China tiger, blue whale ,rhino, African elephant. Talk about them in groups and finish the photo album.

2. Introduce and describe the animals in danger.

_______ are from________. They are_________. They are ________. There are_________ in the wild. We must protect them.

Finish the passage and report in groups.

Put the photos on the blackboard.

3. Make a front page for the photo

album.

Ask the students to choose 3 photos of animals

in danger and stick

them on the front page.

V. Watch the video and educate the students to protect the animals.

VI Home work :

Make a poster and call on the people to protect wild animals. Designment:
