【教材分析】

本单元的话题是儿童节聚会，旨在让学生了解参加聚会需要做的一些准备工作以及应该注意的一些社交礼仪。教师可以结合四年级下册第六单元和五年级下册第八单元中的相关内容导入本课话题。本单元呈现了be going to结构的疑问句，在六上已经学过给结构的肯定句和特殊疑问句，教师可以用以旧带新的方式导入一般疑问句的教学。

【课前准备】

1. 常规预习：听磁带跟读

story time 三遍并全文翻译。

2. 预习导学：

“be going to+动词原形”是打算做某事或将要发生某事的意思，常与表示将来的时间状语连用。

② begin和start的区别

两者都有“开始”的意思，start 比begin更加口语化，两者都可以用作及物动词和不及物动词，意思没有明显区别。

用作及物动词时，两者后面都可以接动词不定式结构和动名词形式。
