一、Teaching
aims:
1.能听、说、认读四单元的单词on , in ,under, chair, desk, cap, ball, car, boat, map, toy and box. 2.能掌握a /æ/ ,i /i/ ,e/e/,o/ɔ/,u /ʌ/.
3.有效预习ar/a: / , al/ɔ:/ ,oa /əu/ ,oy /ɔi/ ,air /εə/.
二、Teaching important points:

四、教学流程
【设计意图】:记忆单词是一项枯燥而乏味的工作,而且记忆量随着年级的增高而增多,相当一部分学生很难做到持之以恒、游刃有余。五、六年级学生的两级分化和记不住单词有着密不可分的因果关系。所以,从三年级开始,我便尝试教学生用音标拼读法学单词,背单词。
I.Warm-up:
A. Sing the English song《boy and girl》

B. listen and do the action:
Show me your book, Show me your exercise book. Show me your pencil-box. Open your pencil-box. Close your pencil-box.
C:let’s chant:
Be fat, be fat, be fat, fat, fat. Be thin , be thin, be thin, thin, thin. Be tall, be tall, be tall, tall, tall. Be short, be short, be short, short, short. II.Presentation:
A.T: Show the vowels letters and lead students to say their short vowels. a /æ/ ,i /i/ ,e/e/,o/ɔ/,u /ʌ/.

T:lead students to know “a”says /æ/.Ask students to read the words that we have learned before. Such as : cat, dad, Help students
try the new words: cap and map. Expand new word :sad. b.
lead students to know “e”says/e/ . Ask them to read“desk”by themselves. Then go over words: leg, pen, red, ten. Expand new word : best. c.
Lead students to read big, pig, six. lead students to result “i”says/i/ .lead them to say “in”. Expand new word :lip.

Tell students“o”says /ɔ/. Ask students to read“on”
and “box”. Expand new word :fox. e.
Show students ['ʌn|də] and help students to read it .
At last spell new word“under.” Expand new word : bus.
B.Practise: a.
Read words: map, cap, desk, in, on, box, under quickly. b.
Guess the words quickly. c.
Say phrases:in/on/under the …
C.Show: ar/a: / ,al/ɔ:/ ,oa /əu/ ,oy /ɔi/ ,air /εə/.
a. Help students to remember “al ”
says/ɔ: / . lead them to go over: small, tall, try the new word: ball and wall . b. Teach “car”“boat”“chair”
in the same method. c. Change boy into toy , help students to know “oy”says/ɔi/.
III.Practise:
a. look at the pictures and say the words quickly. b. Read the new words in groups.

五、教学反思:
本节课中,我尝试把语音教学作为重点,利用音标的自然拼读法将本节课的目标单词归类于其中,让学生自然地拼读出新单词,并根据发音达到自然拼写。
首先是五个元音字母及其短元音,孩子们热情高涨,迅速能读、会拼其中的简单单词,在此基础上引出字母组合的发音,学习过程顺利过渡,既教会了新单词,也预习了四、五年级的语音知识,由于孩子们学得轻松,每组单词学完之后还分别拓展了一个新词,难能可贵的是孩子们在懂得拼读规律以后,也能信口拈来,顺利完成了本节课的教学任务,也增强了孩子们学习英语的自信心。不足之处在于字母组合的拼读对于个别学生来说还具有一定难度,拼读的不是很顺利,还需要在以后的教学中进一步操练和加强。
