Warming up 1.

Game:抢椅子

道具：椅子若干－－比参加人数少一个

方法：1.大家将椅子摆成圆圈，一边围着椅子转，一边数数。

2.当老师喊"Sit down"时，每个人都尽快抢一把椅子坐下。没有抢到椅子的被淘汰出局。

3.老师再喊"Stand up."。同学们都起立，老师拿走一把椅子，重新开始。坚持到最后的一位同学是获胜者。
