录音机，图片，单词卡片等

教 学 流 程

（一）导入新课，自学指导。把全班分为A，B两队，老师准备一些图片，其中包括蒙眼写字，塞耳听录音的图片，为的是能让学生体验Helen Keller的艰难。一名学生出示图片另一名学生用can/can’t造句

S1: 出示图片S2：I can \ can’t….复习以前学过的单词的同时，并为本节课要学习的could\couldn’t 做铺垫。

（二）自主学习，合作探究。再出示几张自己小时候的照片并介绍：

I was born in Wuwei 1988. Can you guess what I could \ couldn’t do? Ss: You could\couldn’t…. 同时让学生谈论下自己小时候能做和不能做的事情

（三）反馈展示，质疑释疑。1. Show some pictures of Helen to the students.2. Listen and read the text ，find out the new words 3. Stick them on the board after read. 4. Find out the main sentence patterns: Q1：What couldn’t Helen do? Q2: What could Helen do? 5. Then do activity 3 in pairs. （四）精讲提升，拓展延伸。1、Listen to the tape the tape and read the text.2、Look at the pictures and talk about Hellen Keller. Eg: she was born in America in 1880…

3、Have the class into two groups，the teacher show out some pictures . Make some sentences with the words: could or couldn’t.

（五）达标检测，反馈巩固。1、填出横线上的词

（1）Helen Keller couldn’t see , but she could learn. She couldn’t hear but she could speak. (2) When I was a baby, I could see but I couldn’t read. I could hear but I couldn’t talk. I couldn’t walk but I could learn and I could play. 2、请学生以小组为单位进行讨论。引导学生运用：“I was _______. So I couldn’t ____________ but I could________.”

反思

创新

1、在教学内容重点与次重点的时间安排上有些欠合适。

2、在操练句型巩固知识时，我没有充分利用小组合作的练习方式，没有让学生在合作中对所学知识进行练习。还有对于根据所学知识让学生在真实情景或类真实情境中利用新词表演对话这一方面，都还有所欠缺。
