1) I am in Shanghai today. I was in Beijing yesterday. I am tall now. I like quiet music. I was short five years ago. I liked loud music. 2). Choose and fill in the blanks.

1) Qs: What day was it? Where were Kitty and Ben? What did Kitty want to do? Purpose 对话操练，复习上一课时中的主要内容。

前一单元的句型复习，为本课句型铺垫。

引入本课重点动词过去式变化规则以及讲解一般过去时的概念。

句型操练让学生进一步了解一般过去式。

带着问题学习课文，能更加深对课文的理解。
