Step1.Warm-up

Sing a song：I love my family. 2.

Words and sentences revision . Step2 presentation 1.

let students know Zoom and Zip, they are at Zoom’s home. 2.

Show Picture 1. Ask: Who’s that man/ woman? Let students guess and say. He’s Zoom’s father/She’s Zoom’s mother.

Role-play :(

S2--Zoom) Who’s that woman? She’s my mother. She’s beautiful. 3.

Picture2: Teach beautiful. ju-bju/ə-tə/ə-fə-fəl bjʊ/tə/fəl. She’s beautiful. 4.

Picture 3:My mum is an actress. Teach:

Role-play Pictures 1,2 &3. 6.

Pictures 4,5&6. Tell students when they see beautiful persons, they can say“How beautiful”politely. 7.

Role-play Pictures 4,5&6. Step 3 Listen and act.(P21) 1.

Teacher play the tape, let students listen and read after it. First repeat together, then one by one. 2.

Look at the book, read again. Step 4 Role-play.

Let students act out the story in group of four people.

Step 5 Summary. By learning the story , we know our father and mother love us ,we should love our father and mother. We should say to them: Father ,mother ,I love you! Step 6 Exercise. 1 Match the sentences 2 Put the sentences in order.
