1. Learn some useful words，phrases and expressions about describing teacher. 2. Learn the writing structure of a composition about describing teacher. Ability objectives：

1. Learn how to write a composition of describing teacher. 2. Learn to express the feelings of favorite senior high school teacher. Emotional objectives：

1. Guide Ss to learn how to work-hard in their study and love, respect for their teachers and school. Teaching important point:

1. Guide Ss to useful words，phrases and expressions of describing teacher. Teaching difficult points: 1. Guide Ss to use what they have learnt to write a composition of describing teacher. Teaching aids：

Stage1 : lead in （about 2mins）

1. Greetings & recall. 2. T introduces the learning aims of the writing. Stage2: Writing

Task 1: Pre-writing ( about 18mins)

1. T shows a video of her favorite senior high school teacher.

2. Ss share a video of Cici’s favorite senior high school teacher.

3. Ss read the teaching descriptions in the text book. 4. Ss try to make some sentences of describing teachers. 5. Ss learn the writing structure of describing teacher. 6. Ss review and read more useful expressions about describing teacher. Task 2:

While -writing ( 10mins)

1. Ss try to use what they have learnt to write a composition about describing teacher individually. Task 3:

After –writing (9mins)

1. Some Ss show their writing orally by themselves. 2. Ss read the letter written by Cici to learn the good sample of writing a teacher. 3. T guides Ss work with Ts to make our city and school more and more beautiful, and respect for each other. Homework: (1min)

1. Ss correct their own writing with their partners after class, and hand it next class.
