【教材分析】

本节课的教学内容是人教版小学英语三年级下册Unit 4 Where is my car Part C Story Time。本节课是故事教学，通过创设真实的情境来学习本节课的内容：“Where are you? I can’t find you!”故事讲述的是Zip和Zoom一起玩捉迷藏。故事教学的实施要突出“讲”，而不是将故事课上成阅读课。教师在呈现故事的过程中要讲故事，而不是读故事。教师要做“故事主人公”，通过生动、形象、富有感染力的表演使学生产生兴趣，如果学生对故事情节不是很熟悉，教师可以慢慢引导，通过引导使学生参与到故事当中，并提供给他们提问、思考或者做出评价的机会，可以配合教师的表情以及教师的体态和手势，能够加深印象，控制听众，而不是以语言的知识与技能为中心任务，逐字逐句地分析。

【学情分析】

小学三年级学生，正处在生长发育的关键时期，他们模仿能力强，好奇心强，但形象思维占主导地位，所以在教学中我会进行一些带有模仿性、表演性的练习以激发学生的学习兴趣。大部分学生已经能熟练掌握本单元A、B部分中的单词和句型，并能够在情景中灵活运用句型：“Where are you? I'm behind you.”最终使孩子不仅积极参与故事表演，并能对故事进行加工和创新。

【教学目标】

1、语言知识目标：

（1）通过阅读故事复习综合运用语言进行适当描述；

（2）认读理解词汇及句型：Hide and seek. Where are you? I can’t find you! Let’s play hide and seek；

（3）正确理解hide and seek的意思，并能把课本故事表演出来。

2、语言技能目标：

（1）全体学生在卡通动画的辅助下，听懂理解故事内容；

（2）大部分学生能朗读并表演对话；

（3）能正确使用不同的语气表达情绪。

3、学习策略目标：

（1）积极运用所学进行表述和交流；

（2）学会用英语询问和回答人的方位；

（3）乐于表演。

4、情感态度目标：

（1）体会游戏带来的快乐；

（2）体会友谊的重要性。

5、文化意识目标：

（1）通过语音语调的转换来表达疑问句的语气。

【教学重难点】

重点：能理解、朗读并表演故事，正确理解“Where are you ?”和“I can’t find you!”的意思。

难点：

（1）词汇及句型“hide”，“seek”“Where are you ?”, “I can’t find you!”的理解以及发音；

（2）理解并表演故事，并能将学过的知识熟练的运用到本节课中。

【教具准备】卡片，奖励卡，多媒体课件。

【教学方法】情景教学法、任务教学法、活动教学法。

【教学过程】

Step I．Warm up & Revision 1. Greetings. T: Hello, boys and girls! S: Hello, Miss Zhang! T: Nice to meet you. S: Nice to meet you, too. T：How are you, today？

S：I’m fine，thank you. T: OK. Now, let’s begin our class. S: Stand up! Good morning, teacher. T: Good morning, class. Sit down, please.

2. Play a game: I say you do. The teacher uses the game to review the words: in, on, under. T: At first, let’s play a game. Put your foot under your chair. Put your hand on your chair. Put your arm in your desk. Put your hand under your desk. 3. PPT: Where is Zip? Zip is behind the desk. Teach the new word “behind”,

then ask one student come to the front and say “I’m behind you ”.

T: Where is Zoom? On the desk? In the toy box? Yes, Zoom is behind the blackboard. Step II．Presentation 1. Present Zip’s room.

T: look at the picture. This is Zip’s home. What’s in Zip’s room?

Ss: A bed/toy box/table. Teach the new word “table”. (区分table 和desk) 2. Guess: What game is it? T: Now, Zoom and Zip come here. They want to play a game. What game is it? Can you guess? Let’s listen. Students sing and play. Teach: Hide and seek. 3. Listen to the first part of the story with PPT and try to imitate. Zip: Let’s play hide and seek. Zoom: Great. Zoom: 1, 2, 3 …10. Are you ready? Zip: Yes! 4. Guess: Where is Zip going to hide? In /On /Under the ___? Then continue to guess: Where does Zoom go? 5. Listen to the second part of the story with PPT and try to imitate. Zoom: Where are you? Under the table? Under the bed? In the toy box?

6. Where is Zip? Zip is behind Zoom. Listen to the third part of the story with PPT and try to imitate. Zoom: Where are you? I can’t find you.

Zip: Ha ha! I’m behind you!

Step III．Practice& Consolidation 1. Watch and follow to repeat the whole story. 2. Read the story for yourself and then order the pictures. 3. Act the story. A. Give a model. The teacher shows the students how to act the story. B. Talk in groups. The students try to act the story in groups. Step IV．Sum-up& Homework 1. Try to retell the whole story according to the picture. 2. Play hide and seek with your parents or your friends. 3. Arrange your room clean and tidy.
