一．教材分析：

本课的话题是months of the year，功能是发展学生的观察、交流、思考能力，提高学生综合运用语言的能力，任务是让学生能够听说认读单词month，月份单词并掌握新词汇的正确发音，掌握句型When is your birthday? My birthday is in….... 能够熟练灵活运用。

二、学情分析

四年级学生思维活跃，模仿能力和记忆力较强，活泼好动，喜欢直观形象思维和抽象思维相结合，对游戏、竞赛、画画还有兴趣。他们基本掌握一定的英语日常用语，具备一定的英语基础。

三、Teaching aims：

1. Knowledge aims：

It’s in March.

Whose birthday is in March?

My birthday is in March. 2. Ability aims：能用英语介绍自己喜欢的月份，能够用英语询问对方的生日在哪个月份并能用英语回答。

3. Emotion aims：帮助学生了解节日和月份的联系。

六、Teaching Procedures：

Step1: Warming up: 1. Greetings: T: Good morning, boys and girls? How are you today? Ss: I’m fine, thank you! And you? T: I’m fine, too. Let’s enjoy a song.

(设计意图：课的开始，以自由谈话的形式和学生交流，再通过欣赏歌曲，提高了学生学习英语的兴趣，让学生很快地进入到课堂）

Step2: Presentation 1. Revision 回顾句型How many days are there in a week?进而引出How many months are there in a year? 2. New words: T: today we will learn some new words about months. Please read after me. Months of the year. Month, month, do you know? How many months are there in a year? Ss: 12 months.（引导学生回答12个月）

T: Now let’s learn some months here: month, January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December (教师拿出月份单词卡片，让学生学习月份单词)

通过游戏的形式来操练单词：a.大小声读单词

b.击掌读单词

c.弹钢琴游戏巩固单词

3. New sentences: 通过单词学习完本课新单词，教师通过与学生对话引出本课新句型。

T：What’s your favorite month? S1/2/3…:March/June.（请几个学生回答，并及时表扬）

通过寻宝游戏，让学生随机抽取单词，师问，然后学生回答。接着找学生到黑板前面来表演。

（设计意图：通过游戏教学，提高学生的学习积极性和学习英语的兴趣，同时词不离句，在单词操练的时候插入句型的操练和输出，让学生学会用句型，提高学习的效率。）

T：When is your birthday? （提问一个学生）

S1: It’s in May.（引导学生说出完整句子）

通过师生问答，导入本课新句型。内容贴近学生生活的实际，容易引起学生共鸣。把学生分成两大组，让小组内练习该句型结构，然后每组抽取一个学生问答竞赛。

T:Whose birthday is in January? Ss:My birthday is in January. 教师从一月份提问到十二月份，问到那个月份，生日在该月份的学生站起来异口同声回答My birthday is in__. Step3: Practice 1. 连线：把图片与所对应的月份连接起来。

2. 师生合作填空

老师读题，学生完成填空。

（设计意图：通过一些练习，培养学生良好的交际能力和运用能力，提高学生的应试能力，师生共同合作，增进老师跟学生之间的感情。）

七、Teaching reflection：

本文重要是关于月份的表达，包括每个月份中的重要节日、生日及中西方节日的差别，通过学习本课，让学生学会表达自己喜爱的月份及原因。本课针对的是四年级的学生，他们已经具有了一定的语言知识基础，思维活跃，善于表达，对中西方文化充满好奇，并渴望得到老师和同学的赞许。除了注重基本的语言知识与技能的掌握，教师也要注意培养学生的文化意识和情感

态度，了解中西方文化的差异。
