Sing a song Play the song “ Day of the week”, have students listen and sing. Then teach the new words of a week and have students repeat. Spelling Show students a short passage. Read the passage with blanks in it and ask students to fill in the blanks. Check the answers. Practice

Look at the school schedule. Ask two pairs of students to read the sample conversation. Then have students make their own conversations in pairs.
