At the beginning of the class ,we will play a game together.Hands up with a pen and write a line like teacher.Then the students will learn about how to 教write letters with right direction.Pay attention to the speed.We should write slowly. lines. The students and the teacher will write the letters together.At the same time,three students will write them on the blackboard together with the teacher. Step 3 Evaluating the writing of these three students.

两年一次的教学能手评选活动结束了，每一次活动都能让我有新的收获，听别人课的时候，取长补短，别人来听自己的课，可以督促自己进步。2017年11月21日，进行了一场我的能手课，是一堂郭主任指定的英语书写练习课。对于本堂课的教学设计，我利用的是自己并不成熟的英语书写教学模式。通过四线格书写26个英文字母，单线格书写26个字母，练习书写易混字母和大小写易错字母，书写整篇文章四个环节进行的。授课后对本节课进行反思，如果说有什么希望达到的效果没有展示出来的话，本人总结以下几点：一、由四线格转为单线格计划用可以可以粘贴到黑板上，在授课时可以揭掉直接变为单线格的贴纸，但是搜遍市场也没找到合适的可以用的，所以只能上课时擦掉其他的三个线，导致黑板不洁净，视觉效果差。二、没有用尺子画线，导致四线格不够整齐，影响了视觉效果。三、本应该在四线格书写26个字母之后就出示的第一幅书法，出示时间有点晚了，没有达到预期的巩固效果。四、对时间安排不够，前松后紧，没有对易混字母和大小写易错字母进行当堂的练习。五、最后计划由英文书写升华为汉语文化的博大精深，我们应该将汉语书写也做到如此的规范。但是时间紧没有达到预期的情感提升的效果，没有真正做到对学生思想的提升。

这次能手评选课之后，我对于不同课型的尝试有了新的认识，很多时候不是我们做不到，只是我们想不到，善思型的教师是我对自己的要求。
