Lesson 10: Rain and Sun

教学目标：

1、知识目标：

（1）学生能够听懂、会说、认读并拼写下列词汇：sun, cloud , rain, wind, snow （2）学生能跟着录音长本课歌曲：The Month Song （3）复习表示月份的词汇，让学生可以熟练的应用。

2、能力目标：熟练描述每月的天气情况。

3、情感目标：

（1）通过歌曲激发学生学习英语的兴趣，敢于开口说英语。

（2）培养学生小组合作的意识，共同完成学习内容。

教学重点：

让学生学会sun, cloud , rain, wind, snow 这些名词。

教学难点：

让学生自己熟练的掌握这些单词应用的句子。

教学方法：示范、讲解。

教学准备：录音机，磁带，图片及词卡。

教学课时：一课时

教学过程：

Step1、Class opening and review 1、

Greeting：Hello! Boys and girls! How are you?

Fine, thanks. Review：What is the date? It is March fourteenth.

When is your birthday? My birthday is______. How is the weather today? It’s____.

Step2、New Concepts 1、利用简笔画的形式在黑板上画出四种不同的天气引出单词：sun , cloud ,rain, wind, snow （1）

看第一幅图太阳。T：What is this?引出单词sun,教师领读，学生齐读，逐个读。教师指着简笔画问：What colour is it?

Is the sun hot or cold? （2）看第二幅图：T：what is this?引出单词cloud，教师领读，学生齐读，逐个读。然后教师说：现在的云渐渐变暗了，变成了乌云眼看着要下雨了，教师在云的下面画出雨点，问：what is this?引出单词

rain。教师领读，学生齐读。T: look at this picture, Where is the cloud? Where is the rain?学生看图回答。

（3）看第三幅图：T：what can you see in the picture?(树叶)T：什么出落了树叶？引出单词: wind。教师领读，学生跟读，逐个读。

看第四幅图：T: what is this?引出新单词：snow,教师领读，学生跟读。

T：What colour is it？How do you feel?

2、Listen and Repeat 播放录音，让学生看书跟读。

教师出示图片学生说出相应的英语单词。

Play“What’s Missing”

let’s sing a song. 告诉学生我们讲学习一首有关月份的歌曲。

(1)教师问：How many months are there in the year? What are they? (2) 播放录音，让学生听一遍。

(3) 指着课本的图向学生提问，并讲解歌词的意思。再次播放录音，让学生跟着唱。要求学生听到月份单词的时候拍手。

Step3、Class Closing Homework：1、read and write the new words. 2、sing the song.
