Unit 6 Part B Let’s learn

教学目标:掌握B部分Let’s learn中五个四会单词, bridge,house,tree,village,building。在情境中理解词义能用There be句型描述景象。

教学重难点:There be句型中be动词的选择与名词单复数的关系。教学准备:卡片,PPT

教学过程:Step 1 Warm-up

1.Greetings

2.Review the words and sentence in Part A.

Step 2 Presentation and practice

1.Show the students a picture of a village with a building,a bridge,trees and houses.Ask the students what this is.Then lead in the word “village”. 2.Use the method of high or low voice and the PK game to teach the word “village”.Then a apply the word to the sentence“There is a village”.Let the students practice the sentence.

3.Use the same way to teach other fours words,like building,bridge,tree and house.

4.Play the tape.Then students listen to the tape and repeat.

5.Emphasize the relationship of Be verbs and nouns.

Step 3 Consolidation

Game:Students take turns to describe the pictures.Who will win if he or she is correct.

Step 4 Homework

Repeat the new words.
