邀请信写作思路重点是邀请成功—了解受邀人的需求是关键。

Procedures: Step 1.

【写作任务】假定你是李华，想邀请外教Chris一起参加你市举办的中国美食节。请你给他写一封邮件，内容包括：

1.举办时间和地点；

2.你们的活动安排。

注意：1. 词数100左右。2. 可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。

Step 2 分析：这是一封典型的邀请信。信中介绍美食节的时间和地点以及活动安排。教活动还没有举行，所以时态要采用一般将来时和一般现在时，人称多采用第一人称。在讲解作文的时候，我首先给学生分析了他们存在的问题: 学1.审题不清。不清楚这篇文章的布局，是要求写一篇邀请信。

2.时态错误，这次的中国美食节还没有举行，很多学生都采用一般过去式，这是过最大的失误，而本文应该是以一般将来时为主。

3.连一些基本的表达都不会。比如时间和地点的表达。

4.汉语式的英语表达也是普遍的现象。

5.学生没有分段的意识。很多情况下都是一段到底，显得文章没有结构不明显，也没有层次感。

6.当然还有书写问题，涂抹现象也很严重。在这里给主要汇总了学生书面表达典型的语病句子：

our city. This activity will hold on the city center park on this Friday. 这只是我在他们写作中常规错误，我就简单罗列了几个。当然我也给学生展示了个别写的好的句子，比如：

The reason why I'm writing to you is that I want to invite you to take part in a Chinese Food Festival held in our city. Following are some arrangements. With the Chiese Food Festival approaching/coming, As the saying goes,we are what we eat. Not only are these foods delicious,but also you they represent our Chiese culture. Step 3. 紧接着我给学生罗列了这篇文章的范文：

Dear Chris , How are you ? I’d like to invite you to the Chinese Food Festival with me , which will open in the pedestrian(步行) street of our city on September 16 . During the festival , we’ll first see such traditional foods as dumplings and zongzi , which are made from special materials and are meant to symbolize wishes of well-being . Then we will spend some fun time enjoying famous chefs showing off

their cooking skills . After that , we’ll taste some local foods with unique flavor . If it is convenient to you , please let me know and I’ll wait for you at the school gate at 9 in the morning . Looking forward to your reply . Yours, Li Hua Step 4. 接下来要给学生分析范文写的好的地方，要求学生对照范文修改自己作文中的问题，实时记录范文中的好词好句。

我会罗列一下需要注意的常规表达：

中国美食节：the Chinese Food Festival 一则好消息：a piece of good news 邀请某人出席/参加此项活动：invite sb. to attend/take part in this activity 厨师：cook

大厨：chef

品尝美食：taste delicious food 如果方便的话：if it is convenient to/for you 定于某时：be scheduled for

定于做某事：be scheduled to do Step 5.

最后我将学生分组，自己总结这类文体的身体步骤，主要如下：第一步，审题。审题是很关键的一个步骤，我们的学生由于审题失误，把这次活动描述成一般过去式。其中包括写作的文体、人称和时态、要点及段落。第一段：Purpose: 邀请；第二段：Body: 活动安排, 介绍情况，注意时间地点。第三段：Conclusion: 再次发出邀请并期待得到回复。

第二步，写作。首先，选词组织要点，列举并回忆邀请信中的常见词汇及句型，如“The reason why I’m writing to you is that i want to invite you to sp/to do sth”等。其次，扩词成句。可能用到的句型有I wonder if you want to attend/participate in this activity；I would appreciate it if…等。最后，合理使用过渡性词汇把句子整理成篇。

第三步，检查修改，其中包括检查单词拼写、标点符号等；检查要点是否遗

Step 6 最后，向学生展示范文，对照范文修改自己作文中的问题，实时记录范文中的好词好句。

【课后作业】假设你是李华，你想邀请在中国留学的英国朋友Peter观看经典舞剧《孔子》，但Peter不在家，你给他写张留言条。

内容包括：

1）你到Peter家的目的；

2）观看演出的时间，地点；

3）介绍孔子；

4）尽快回电，联系方式。

注意：1．词数：100左右；2．可适当增加细节，以使行文连贯

。这篇文章相对于前面的文章来说，多了点留言成分，但主要内容还是邀请对方参加即将举办的一个活动。先来说说学生们产生的错误：

1，有同学写成了通知。

2，不应该出现书名号。

3，留言条的格式。

4，必须介绍清楚4个方面：

5，要分段，最好采用三段式。

6，时态：一般将来时

人称:第一人称或者第二人称

通过课后批阅的情况来看，本节课的教学任务完成的较理想，但是不乏还是存在有一些失误。就我班本次作业来说，审题没有跑偏，文章的谋篇布局也还算合理，层次较清晰。但是语言基础知识掌握不牢，存在中英思维方式差异导致的汉语式的表达；时态、主谓一致、非谓语动词及各类从句中错误百出；书写不规范，字迹潦草，单词的拼写也时常遗漏其中的个别字母。个别同学应该没有认真审题，导致遗漏了部分要点。写好书面表达非一日之功，需平日知识积累和勤加练习。动笔之前，一定要花上几分钟，仔细审题，编列提纲，力求做到全面。
