Do you have a soccer ball? Section A (Grammar Focus—3c) 一、教材分析

本单元主要学习动词have的一般现在时的用法;了解并掌握do和does引导的一般疑问句的构成以及简单回答。让学生学会用have对物品的所属进行提问与回答。

二、教学目标

1.

Knowledge and Skills: (1)学生能够掌握并熟练运用have/has表示物品所属关系的一般疑问句以及回答;

—Do you have a baseball?

—Yes, I do. I have a baseball. No, I don't. I don’t have a baseball.

—Does she/he have a tennis ball?

—Yes, she/he does. She/ He has a tennis ball. No, she/he doesn't. She/he doesn't have a tennis ball. ③

—Do they have a soccer ball?

—Yes, they do. They have a soccer ball. / No, they don't. They don't have a soccer ball. (2)学生能总结出实意动词的一般疑问句及回答的结构;

(3) 能理解英语中人称和数的对应关系。

1. Teaching importance: (1)总结do和does引导的一般疑问句以及回答;

(2)理解并掌握英语句子中的人称与数,学生能够牢记第三人称单数。

五、教学过程

I. Warming up and revision

1. Revision

1) Look at the pictures and use the pictures to make sentences. 2) Do some exercises

2. Ask and answer in pairs.

A: Do you have a basketball? B: Yes, I do. I have a basketball. / No, I don’t. I don’t have a basketball. A: Does she have a soccer ball? B: Yes, she does. She has a soccer ball. / No, she doesn’t. She doesn’t have a soccer ball. II. Grammar Focus.

1. T asks Ss to observe the chart. Then Ss read the sentences together. 2. After reading the sentences, T gives four questions and asks Ss to answer them by observing the chart. 1)这几个一般疑问句有什么相同点?——问句里的动词have是原型;提问使用助动词do 或

does;

2)他们有什么不同点?——除第三人称单数前用does外,其他都用do。第三人称单数前加does后,句中的谓语动词has应改为have;

3)have的一般疑问句的句型结构是什么?——

Do/Does + 主语

+ have + 宾语

3. T shows Ss how to write the complete sentences.

Yes, I do. I have a ping-pong bat. No, I don’t. I don’t have a ping-pong bat.

Yes, she does. She has a tennis ball.

III. Exercise 1. T gives some sentences and asks Ss to do the exercise. 2. T will invite a group of Ss to check the answers. 3, Then Ss are required to finish the exercise 2a on the book. 4. T checks answers with Ss and give more about the subjects. 5. Then T makes a conclusion about the subjects. 1)指导:实义动词的一般疑问句结构。

当主语是第一人称/第二人称/第三人称复数时,

句型结构为:Do + you/they/we/…

+ 动词原形

+ …?

不管用什么动词,它的回答是固定的。

肯定回答:Yes, I/they /we …

do.

否定回答:No, I /they/we …

don’t.

当主语是第三人称单数时(she, he, it, Linda, Bob等),

句型结构为:Does + she/he/it/…+ 动词原形

+ …

不管用什么动词,它的回答是固定的。

肯定回答:Yes, she/he/it …

does.

否定回答:No, she/he/it …

doesn’t. 6. T asks Ss to finish exercise 2b and circle the subjects. Then T checks answers with Ss. 7. After finishing the exercise, T asks Ss to practice with their partner. IV. Group Work 1. T: Look! This is Bob's room. He has many things. Look at the things in his room for two minutes. Then close your books and ask and answer questions with your partner. 2. Model:

S1: Does he have a soccer ball?

S2: Yes, he does. He has a soccer ball.

S1: Does he have a computer game?

S2: No, he doesn't. He doesn’t have a computer game.

3. T asks several groups to show. V. Homework
